    Paul on the desk is very helpful and informative of where to visit around the city and the AC on 24/7 is brilliant as it was extremely hot weather when I stayed and its locations is excellent. The qr code that you have to scan to get in and out of the room and building didn’t work and some guests had key cards so I think the key cards for all guests would be better and there is a bad smell from the drainage system which is bad plus I was bitten by the bed bugs, they changed the sheets but it didn’t help.
