Mauvaise hygiène pleins de poils dans douche et lieu très bruyant car comme précisé par le standard c'est un hostel bien sur pas précisé

No me bañé en la mañana porque hacía mucho frío y estaba enfermo. Hice mi checkout . Me quedé en el hostel hasta que que diera la hora que sale mi bus , cuando estaba calientito el día pregunté si me podría bañar y me querían cobrar 10 bolivianos jaja . Obviamente no los pagué y no me bañé , en todos los hostel de Sudamérica siempre me he podido bañar sin problemas , sin que me cobren más o por bañarme . Pero acá no . I got what looked like bed bug bites after sleeping here. The receptionist didn’t seem to take it very seriously and insisted I pay for the stay despite this horrible experience.

1 star! Sometimes how the welcome you is how should be define the criteria of an hotel. A young girl, probably receptionist, didn’t even want me inside because I had too many bags saying she would be in trouble if she would. An act of generosity as accepting the son of a guest already checked in is not asking the moon, very rude and unprofessional for an hotel who’s rated 4.5 star and not letting you sit on a single chair. Eigentlich ein wirklich wirklich schönes Hostel, hübscher Garten und die Dusche ist super! Allerdings hatten wir beim Ankommen noch eine Nacht dazu gebucht, und uns wurde gesagt dass das dann eine Nacht im Dorm sein wird. Am nächsten Morgen fragte ich nach, wohin wir umziehen sollten & erfuhr erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen, dass keine Reservierung vorliegt und man uns in das Hostel gegenüber gebucht hat, noch dazu in zwei verschiedene Dorms…

Les chambres ok.. la salle de bain était vraiment pas propre. Ils font payé pour garder les sac pour 1 nuit alors que dans plein d’hostel c’est gratuit. Par contre joli jardin agréable.

They changed the colour of my clothes in the wash! 4 items changed colour, they managed to fix 2 of them but 2 were left irreversibly stained. 1 item was brand new and changed from tan to dark grey. I asked for some compensation for the clothes which were worth 1100 bob and they offered 50bob. Seems like a joke considering that’s just under 10% of the value of one of the items. There wasn’t any discount offered on my stay or any other form of compensation other than the 50bob.

Buenísimo hostal por buenísimo precio. Una pena que no ofrezcan desayuno, aun así, la cocina esta super bien.
