Room 1 with the pod beds has a bed bug infestation and has had one for months. Upon check-in, we discovered bedbugs along the curtains. There's another review on here which mentions these bed bugs from 7 months ago (we mistakenly missed this when booking). Staff told us that they've been working to mitigate the bed bugs by spraying twice a month for a while. This means their methods are not working - it sounds like pest management has been handled in-house. What is so distur

BED BUGS!! There are countless other horrible things about this hostel but I was eaten alive by bed bugs in the pod-like dorm with curtains. Stay away. Staff is friendly and trying their best though.

about 1.2miles from Haymarket station, roughly 10mins walk. Left with Bed BUG bites. Room had no fan and is VERY insulated to the point that it was boiling. Asked the staff (specifically, the indian staff at reception) for a fan and he said he was going to find one for us. However, after waiting 20 minutes, my girlfriend had to go down again and she spotted him chatting away instead of looking for a solution. Finally, a fan came however did not have the protective casing on.... Would not recommend this place as hygiene is really poor, noting that we stayed in our own private room with our own private bathroom.

Great place to stay. Fresh and cosy but... After a few nights staying in the dormitory room I had several tiny bites on my skin what does it look like to me bed bugs or flea bites...

location payed for a pod,, and found out it was full of bed bugs, not only this, the bedroom was full of people, probably with the same problem. this is a risk factor. never seen something like this. The hostel was full, and the staff was aware of the bed bugs, but they run the hostel anyway... booking should keep an eye on this
