Bed bugs bite after staying in this hostel. Bedding and mattress not clean. Edit after Hostel's Reply: The photos of the bites attached. Upon Google lenses search, it is confirmed to be bed bug bites. It is also November, temperature outside is too low for insects to reproduce. The bites are unlikely to be caused by insects other than bed bugs.

Erg slecht, vies, met muggen en bedwantsen.

Me picaron las chinches!!! luego , en segundo lugar considero que es un hostel, un lugar donde vamos de paso viajeros con más bajo presupuesto, cada cosa se cobra extra, CASILLERO 6euros 6hs 1hs 2.50!! Es algo básico guardarte el equipaje cuando tu habitación no está lista. También tienen 20 habitaciones limpias, poes no importa, si quieres entrar antes paga otros 5 euros más! Y así…

We had to leave our room due to bedbugs. All of us have been bitten by bedbugs during the first night. Even though we (3 people) have shown them (front office supervisor) the outcome on our skin they told us that it wasn't impossible. No manager was there...we checked out immediately asking for a refund but none had the power to grant that. We came back to talk with a manager in the evening but him didn't also have the power to refund and he would have had to escalate towards the top management. When we got their reply we were speechless...a lot of lies and no refund. We had a really bad stay there. Avoid this facility! Obviously I had to score 1 star because it is not possible to score 0.

This hostel was obviously incredibly nice. They have an amazing property that is so close to an incredible park. Other than that tho the hostel kind of sucked. There was no social environment, everything was so expensive, and they make you make your own bed to begin with. That’s just kind of weird to me at a hostel. It kind of smells bad in there too. I wish I could rate lower but it is beautiful there. I swear I think this place has given me bed bugs too because I woke up the first night and the second w
