Luisa Apartment

When I booked the apartment there wasn’t any information that it’s on the 4th floor and there is no elevator in the building, so after a long trip we had drag heavy suitcases and drag them down at the checkout, it was terrible, The apartment doesn’t look like in the pictures in booking, very old furniture, no wardrobe at all, so we couldn’t even take out our clothes from suitcases, no shelves or hooks in the bathroom, no amenities (just few samples of shower gel) no space to put our toiletries, as you will see at the pictures the bathroom door was broken and didn’t close, neither could be locked, no bedside tables, terrible wifi (was disappearing for hours), the kitchen is not equipped, 2 spoons, 3 forks, 5 plates etc. Cockroaches were all over the building!!!!! I also found some bedbugs and the bed as you will see on the pictures is full of holes from these bugs! The specific apartment is supposed to be for 4 persons, but two beds were in upper floor with dangerous stairs, no AC on the upper floor, was impossible to sleep, the stairs to upper floor have a wooden cornice at which we were hitting our heads several times, there should be a warning sign to watch your head, the last day I hit my head so hard so had to go to the hospital in the middle of the night (fortunately it wasn’t serious trauma, but the headache was lasting for days) The landlord never answers her phone, so if you need something urgent you have to text her and she answers within few hours by texting only in kind of a rude way, like she doesn’t want to be bothered. I think staying in this apartment was the worst experience we ever had, traveling a lot all over the world always booking from “booking platform” never seen anything like this one. Don’t recommend to anybody. Caglagiari is a beautiful place and your holidays shouldn’t be ruined by staying in this particular apartment.
