ApArt Hotel Lupetta 5

I wish to express my deep dismay following my stay at this hotel (thankfully a single night transit stay). The state of disrepair of the establishment was far from what was promised on the booking page. In addition to the omnipresent presence of mold in the bathroom, the hygiene conditions were alarming: the sheets seemed dubious and the bedding hinted at signs of likely infestation of mites or even bedbugs. Furthermore, traces of dirt and debris were visible throughout the room, indicating insufficient or non-existent cleaning. The walls were also dirty, the headboard was in a deplorable state, and the toilets were completely unusable due to the mold which could have caused us illnesses. Moreover, the bathroom sink was completely blocked, making any use impossible. For a supposedly 3-star hotel, it is a real disgrace and a serious fault of Booking to allow this kind of deviation from reality. I urgently demand immediate corrective action against this establishment.

Location is perfect. Rooms were clean and no bed bugs like others wrote. But those are the only good things i can mention. The rest is just terrible really and not acceptable/suitable for humans. Room noisy and very cold (especially where I stayed which had the bedroom down in the cellar). Couches were dirty and looked disgusting. Wifi never worked. Also wifi and mobile network didn't work in the bedroom downstairs. Tv didn't work. Price was 350 euros during eurocucina. They asked 500 euro for an extra night. I found a room at Hilton foe the same price. Don't go to this hotel unless you don't care about comfort and hygiene and only there for emergency and 1 night stay or something. Note that there are also no glasses or cutlery (or plates).

This place is infected by bed bugs for years now! Stay away if you can! You will see them falling and jumping around so it’s pretty obvious too. During our one night stay we were completely covered with bed bug bites!!!

STAY WAY! LOTS OF BED BUGS!!!! The rooms are bed bug infested and dirty! We were bitten everywhere on our bodies and they only refunded for the rest of our stay and not the two nights! Also the reception had the audacity to say not to post reviews for the refund.

No AC. The place was full of bed bugs and insects. Even the beds were full of them. Tried to sleep a little and they were on my face! There was no one during the night or the morning to take care of the problem. Really bad time. I won’t suggest it.

Bedbugs everywhere!! The place does not match the pictures. I do not recommend.

🐞ATTENTION PUNAISE DE LIT / BEDBUGS Passez tous votre chemin… Expérience désagréable au possible! Tout d’abord, nous arrivons et découvrons une chambre qui ne ressemble que vaguement à ce que les photos laissaient deviner. Sans mentionner l’odeur de renfermé. Ensuite, une fois installés, nous découvrons une quantité hallucinante de punaises de lits. Partout. Sur les murs, dans les draps. Bref partout. En nous rendant compte de la situation, nous avons immédiatement quitté les lieux, sans réussir à joindre l’hôtel, personne n’était la. L’emplacement à beau être idéal pour les touristes, ça ne vaut pas la peine de prendre le risque de ramener ces parasites chez vous. Surtout qu’étant donné le nombre de punaises écrasées sur le mur, l’établissement était forcément au courant, et a décidé de remettre la chambre en location. Passez votre chemin. A noter qu’après avoir insisté pendant 2heures sur place le lendemain, nous avons réussi à nous faire rembourser l’intégralité de la nuit, mais ça n’a pas été facile. Je ne parle pas non plus des petits détails comme les prises qui ne fonctionnent pas ou de l’inconfort des canapés.

BEDBUGS !!

CHINCHES POR TODO! Una vergüenza. Por la noche empezaron a salir chinches por todas las camas, paredes y alfombra. No pudimos dormir de las picadas que sentíamos. Hemos tenido que ir a URGENCIAS por cómo acabamos de picadas (brazos, manos, piernas, espalda, cuello…). La cama y los sofá-cama además, hundidos y con manchas. Es viejo y sucio. No se corresponde para nada con las fotos.El suelo tiene baldosas rotas tapadas con una alfombra llena de manchas. La mayoría de los enchufes no funcionan. Al problema de las chinches no me han hecho ni caso, tan solo me ofrecieron otras sábanas para cambiarlas. Las ventanas no cierran bien. TODO TERRIBLE! Un ZULO de CHINCHES! Nos han fastidiado las vacaciones!

Save yourself a trip t the doctor, there where so many bed bugs that I thought I was in a jungle. Such a horrible place. I try to raise the issue with the staff and they told me they didn't speak English or Italian.... they just dismissed me even tho my face was swollen from the bedbugs.

BED BUGS everywhere! Don’t go! It’s not hygienic at all, and the reception didn’t want to speak to us after our stay.

ALERT: BEDBUGS!! Nonostante la gentilezza della reception, la camera era sporca e non salubre. Sono stato morso dalle cimici dei materassi già la prima notte e ho lasciato la struttura prima del tempo. Provato a segnalare il fatto ma la reception è chiusa sino alle 14:30 ed al telefono non risponde nessuno. DA DENUNCIA.

Location is good, however rooms do not match pictures at all. We could not recognise the place. No AC, no TV, rooms not even cleaned once in a 4 day period, and no new towels given unless asked at the reception. Receptionists did not had keys to lock all the doors so people would walk into our room randomly while we were sleeping. Also had to sleep with bed bugs. However staff was nice and kind. Too pricey for what it is.

Me he encontrado chinches en la cama, los baños son compartidos entre todos los huespedes del hotel, las imagenes que anunciaban el hotel estan completamente editadas y una llave puede abrir varias puertas de distintas habitaciones; este hotel es un completo fraude.
