I DOn't recommend I arrived and there was no one at the reception No hot water Trash cans full of papers. Very dirty kitchen. They turn off the AC and it's hot. There are bed bugs. No ventilation. There is humidity. THE WORST THING is Kat's attention. She makes guests feel like it's their fault that there are bed bugs and says that IF you don't like sharing with people, you should leave. I love hostels, but those that are clean and have nice receptionistsThe worst memories, I DOn't Recommend. 😘

BED BUGS!!! Check google reviews too, there have been bed bugs for over a week and the staff are aware!!! Did not get a full refund and now have to pay to wash all of our things. We have been bitten all over by bugs, if you stay please check your mattresses and pillows as there are clear signs of bed bugs

Das Hostel ist an sich sehr schön. Nur leider machten wir Bekanntschaft mit Bettwanzen, was uns dazu brachte, frühzeitig abzureisen. In der zweiten Nacht konnte meine Freundin die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen, weil sie durchgängig von Bettwanzen gebissen wurde. Sie war nicht die Einzige: Ein Paar und ein anderer Junge hatten ebenfalls Bettwanzen in ihren Betten entdeckt und wurden gebissen.
