   The room was dirty, sheets were dirty and stained. There was a window in our room that had no lock and opened wide onto a common area so anyone could get into our room!! We felt very unsafe and could not sleep. No lockers in the room. Given 5 keys! The keys to the main door did not work so we were locked out for over an hour at night, no staff to help. Most people in the hostel had the same issue. Such a safety issue!! The staff were so unbothered and unprofessional. It was an awful experience.

   It was alright.. nice spacious kitchen.. Need more cleaning and new bedding staff for that price.. also lock in toilet didn't work, somone entered my door it has to be repaired. The best thing about this hostel was the Service, Ana was amazing and she really passionate and helpful. I would come back

   This is by far the sketchiest place I've stayed at. Rooms are very small beds are bad, no privacy, and you can't even lock your door. I would never stay here again.

   DO NOT STAY HERE - Bed bug infestation and terrible management! Had such an awful experience with this hostel! Before my arrival I found via multiple google reviews that the hostel had a beg bug infestation that they did not alert any of their guests of. I am extremely allergic to bed bugs so contacted them directly to try and cancel my booking and they ignored all my messages despite contacting me just moments before. They then charged me a cancellation fee because they deemed it as a "no show" despite me messaging them on multiple platforms and informing booking.com. They still have not refunded me despite their breach of health and safety protocol and the management were so rude and completely unhelpful. Such a scam and would never recommend having to deal with this situation. Reply to hostel: How was I supposed to cancel 7 days in advance when you did not alert me of the health violation you had at your hostel? Luckily I found out just before I went because I am very allergic and you have so many bad reviews warning people of the bed bugs so of course I am not going to take my chances. If you really cared about your customers you would warn them of your issues and you would not penalise them when you were the one who is negligent. I am just warning people of my terrible experience, if you want to do the right thing just refund the cancellation fee and be transparent with your issues.

   La habitacion que nos dieron era espantosa. Ni siquiera era una habitacion, era el garage del edificio remodelado (no lo remodelaron). Entrabas y habian cosas tiradas del hostel que no funcionaban. Las camas eran de muy mala calidad. La ducha no tenia puerta y el inodoro no tenia tabla. En la puerta del garage habian pegados aislantes de sonido porque claramente no habian paredes de verdad. No habia ventana y mucho olor a humedad. Esta habitacion no esta publicada en las fotos de ninguna aplicacion. Nos cobraron lo mismo que en muchos lugares de mejor calidad y realmente nos llevamos una gran decepcion. Las sabanas estaban manchadas con sangre. Nos robaron un acondicionador que dejamos en la habitacion. Realmente fue una experiencia horrible y nos queriamos ir. No se lo recomiendo a nadie porque no sabes donde te puede tocar. No deberia estar habilitado ese lugar para hospedar gente, es una verguenza.

   No mention of a late fee anywhere - we were charged €50 extra due to a flight delay out of our control. No staff in the building after 8pm, and no security. Rooms were small, dark and dirty. No bedsheets or duvet covers, and only one small floor fan. Bathroom is incredibly small and humid, you could faint in there if you stayed too long. Very very dirty. Staff were unhelpful. also paid a €10 “deposit” for a padlock for our locker, which was never returned. An awful place. Very misleading pics.

   The stuff members were really really nice and friendly but it was really loud and the room was way to small. Also the fact that their didn’t wash the blankets and just folded it, is really disgusting. The location was great and for a few nights it’s fine. Furthermore didn’t we felt that safe because yes the main doors were closed but inside the hostel could everyone enter the room. Two times a man from the cleaning crew just came in without nocking or anything, not great for an all female room.

   Where to start. A great location and friendly staff is quickly ruined the moment you step into the tiny hotbox that was our room. Featuring a small downstairs area with bathroom and stairs leading upto an extraordinary hot bedroom this room included no fan or air conditioning. The extreme heat meant little to no sleep - all topped off by us being locked in the room with the key not working from the inside. By pure chance, a passerby heard us struggling and, after informing us that reception didn’t open until 9am.. (this was at 7am) again by pure chance was able to free us after we passed the key through the tiny gap provided by the window (the stairs are pressed right up against it, making climbing through impossible). Understandable to some degree considering the reasonable price, however can’t recommend this to any couple expecting any sort of good sleep in the summer months!

    Hard to find. Staff did not care at all - were on phones while working not interested in customers. Doors did not lock properly - to the point where a random man walked into our female only dorm at 5am one night and stayed there for 20mins in the bathroom - no staff to tell or get help. When addressing this issue with staff they pretended that they couldn’t speak English and got very defensive - no drop box for keys or way to contact reception. Very noisy - dirty kitchen.

    The security is very bad. No locks on the doors to the dorms. We woke up three times in one night by people opening our door and just standing there and staring. Mold and dust hanging off the beds. The staff were nice and kind. Mix up with the beds, another guest saying I took his bed when he apparently already checked out? Doesn’t feel safe at all to be a young women in the dorms with no locks.

    We stayed here for four nights and it was awful We slept in a garage separated from the main hostel and badly arranged into a dorm: cold, full of dust, broken shower, badly soundproofed The second night they overbooked so they added an old and crumbling cot. Someone stole my bed and had to sleep there After two nights we could move to the main hostel. The situation was not better: creaking beds, small room, no lockets and cold shower Our room couldn't be locked and the cleanliness wasn't good

    A few small changes would be appreciated: more outlets in each dorm and better wifi. I later found out every night after I was asleep he was unplugging my portable charger to charge his phone without telling me (he was staying in my dorm) he was rude every other interaction with him.

    La ubicación El peor hostel de todos. La habitación era una especie de depósito y a la segunda noche cuando fui a acostarme pasada la medianoche ¡en mi cama había una persona! Conclusión: nadie se hizo cargo porque al otro día que hice el check out ni siquiera había alguien de recepción para poderle hacerle mi reclamo. Si pueden eviten este lugar. Fue grave lo que pasó.

    There were not lockers in the room to keep your stuff safe. There were some lockers in the hallway, but there were not enough for everyone in the hostel. They also did not provide locks for those lockers, even for purchase. There was no toilet paper in the bathrooms, private and communal. The hostel itself was freezing, even colder than it was outside. We also got stuff stolen from the fridge that had our names on it, and I had something taken from my bag because I wasn't able to lock it up.

    We stayed for one night and the price was not worth for the accommodation state. My bed in particular, was noisy and every time I moved it would make so much noise since the protection of the bed on my right side, was loose and seemed like it was about to break. There was earrings, shampoo, toothpaste and a deodorant left in the accommodation probably from the past guest which made the place look unhygienic along with the weird black paste on the shower floor. There was also no water pressure which made it difficult for us to shower. No locks on the door which made us feel unsafe, I’ve stayed on plenty of hostels in shared rooms and the doors would lock, don’t give me the shared rooms and everyone needs to come in excuse, that’s a lie, there’s keys and each guest should get one, this would prevent someone from opening our door in the middle of the night, which is what happened. The staff was kind but that doesn’t count for the whole stay, we payed more 15€ each for the late check-in and this is the conditions we were left in.
