   Very bad experience at this hostel. When we arrived, one of the beds was already broken. We informed the staff immediately, but they didn’t seem to care. When we checked out, they accused us of breaking the bed and denied that we had informed them on the first day. They then threatened not to give us our luggage back (which they were storing for us) unless we paid €120. In the end, we had to pay because we didn’t want to miss our flight. On top of that, the shower water was cold and didn’t work properly, and there was no toilet paper at times. Also, they had a sign offering a free shot in exchange for leaving a review. This makes me question whether the positive reviews are genuine. Very unprofessional treatment and a really bad experience overall.

   I would like to share our experience during our stay, as unfortunately it was very disappointing. First of all, we were asked to pay for a bed that was already broken before we used it. We believe this is unfair, as the damage was clearly not caused by us. When we tried to explain the situation, the staff treated us in a very unfriendly and disrespectful way. At one point, we were even threatened with losing our security deposit because of alleged noise, even though we were not making any noise at the time. This felt very unfair and intimidating. We also noticed that guests are offered free items in exchange for leaving a good review, which makes the reviews feel misleading and unreliable. The facilities themselves were also disappointing. The floors are very old and make a lot of noise when people walk on them, and the walls are extremely thin, so there is very little privacy and you can hear everything from other rooms. The showers on the fifth floor were not working properly, which caused a lot of inconvenience. In addition, the overall cleanliness could be much better. At times, there was not even toilet paper available in the bathrooms. Breakfast was also very disappointing: the portions were very small and the quality was poor. On top of that, guests are required to wash their own dishes after eating. This feels unhygienic because you cannot be sure whether the previous guest cleaned them properly. Overall, the experience made us feel very uncomfortable and disappointed with our stay. We hope you take this feedback seriously and improve these issues for future guests.

   HORRIBLE. FAKE RATING / REVIEWS. This place is disgusting. Old, you hear the whole floor shakes each step someone is taking. Smell, comes with how old the building is and you have to leave the window open the whole time. Bad location, right next to the street and you hear ppl screaming at 3/4am everyday (even worse when your window is open because of the smell). Dirty, like no one is cleaning the bathrooms. Why they don’t post bathroom pics Bugs on the wall, god knows where they come from.

    位置相当好，门口地铁、火车站都有。前台、公共区都在三楼，房间分别在四楼和五楼。青旅外边没有机动车来往，所以爱睡懒觉的话，早上只要室友不折腾，还是很安静的。
