Hostel Dakura

I had a terrible experience with this hostel. I found a bed bug and a shed bedbug skin, but the manager and receptionist were not helpful at all to resolve the issue. While I was at the reception, they let themselves into my room unbeknownst to me and took the bug that I had caught under a glass and used Google lens to identify it. Instead of helping me, they lied to me, blamed me for it, would not let me switch rooms and made me pay for the night I slept in their infested bed. Even though I booked months in advance, my first week in Prague was a disaster trying to move into a place last minute and rid everything of possible infestation while still trying to attend classes. I am reporting this because no one should have to experience this. Bedbugs spread quickly in hostels. The manager and receptionist made it clear they were more concerned about hiding the issue than about preventing a further spread and helping me with the predicament.
