!!! We got BEDBUGS !!! "Bedbugs are brought by the Travelers. They have nothing to do with the cleanliness of the place." I agree with this information from the owner of the hostel, but I was really upset to get it as the first reaction in the morning after a sleepless night. Was he trying to put the blame on us??? After some discussion (always through his stuff), I got a refund for the accommodation and permission to use the washing machine. A drying service was not provided, which makes it really complicated since everything has to be washed, including the clothes you are wearing. There was no help to get things to the washing salon for drying and no offer for a refund of the money I spent (13 Euros) which I find really unprofessional. They managed this very unpleasand situation well in terms of getting the pest control in quick, but there is no appreciation for the valuable time of holidays! I lost a whole day!
