No locks on doors, no staff available in the night, there were people yelling and one woman decided to work home office until about 2am with her flashlight on and wouldn't be told to shut up. You can hear the planes flying over pretty clearly. There were bedbugs, and the bunk beds are also squeaky and unstable, you can topple the entire bed just by climbing up the ladder. The facilities are adequate, at least, with a kitchen, balconies, and multiple bathrooms, but I did not get any sleep at all.

The receptionist touched my bed without noticing guests. He stole the paper rolI bought for myself without saying sorry. He even threw the paper roll at a guest when i was complaining about it. I was so angr. After I complained, he finally generated a silly reason and claimed my toilet paper was from his bathroom. It was such a funny excuse! The receptionist is unclean and unhappy when guests use their own alcohol wiper to clean my stuff. Maybe it’s too clean for the bedbugs they have. I stayed at the hostel and unexpectedly met two friends. Even though we all disliked the place, we enjoyed running into each other. But when the hostel replied to my complaint, they made up a story that many guests were complaining about me. It’s full of lies and bedbugs. Avoid this hostel: bedbugs, stealing, and liars.

GAVE ME BEDBUGS. Staff was friendly and the room looked clean at first glance but I woke up with bites all over my body and super itchy. I have to disinfect everything now. Absolutely disgusting.

Never check in here; there is a risk of being assaulted by staff and being thrown out of the hotel. This hostel has fake reviews, is dirty and messy, the toilets are disgusting, and there are bedbugs. The staff will touch your belongings and throw things at guests. Travelers who don't want to be assaulted should avoid staying here. It takes 20 minutes to walk up the hill from the base, and it’s at least an hour away from the city center. On the third day, when I returned to the hostel, I found my bed had been rummaged through, and my pillow and a roll of toilet paper were missing. I asked the receptionist about it, and he said he changed the mattress, so he messed up my bed. I was very angry because I had a lot of things on my bed that had been touched by his dirty hands. I told him that while I couldn't do anything about it this time, he should ask first before touching a guest's bed next time. He suddenly lost his composure and started questioning what the problem was with rummaging through a guest's bed. I said I could have tidied up my things first! Like my toilet paper, which you threw away carelessly! He actually went to the cabinet and brought me a roll of dirty toilet paper, insisting that I take it. I said I didn’t want it! He forced it on me and eventually threw that dirty toilet paper at me! All the other guests saw it! He even said if I was unhappy, I should leave immediately! He planned to force paying guests to sleep on the streets in Naples at night and even said he would call the police. I was bewildered; he was the one who threw toilet paper at guests, was he going to turn himself in? I told him to call the police! But he didn’t dare. Later, I had to wash all the things he had touched on my bed because the bathroom was full, so I used the kitchen sink. He saw me going back and forth and became unhappy, asking why I was using the kitchen sink! I asked why I couldn't use it, and he tried to hit me. I shouted, 'Don’t touch me!' and yelled for him to stop. Fortunately, I checked out the next day. I didn't even dare to leave my luggage there, fearing he would mess with it. Now, whenever I see someone who resembles him, I get panic attacks. It was terrifying. He scared me to tears. 千萬別入住，有被員工打及趕出旅館的風險 假評分的旅館，Hostel髒亂，廁所嘔心，床有bedbug，工作人員會亂碰你床上的東西及拿東西丟客人。不想被打的旅客請避免入住。要在山腳行20分鐘上山，距離市中心至少1小時。 在第3日回hostel時，發覺我的床被亂翻，枕頭和一卷廁紙也不見了。 我詢問接待的黑人，他說他換床墊，所以把我的床亂翻，我很生氣，因為我床上放了很多東西，都被他的髒手碰了。 我跟他說這次發生了沒辦法，但你下次要碰客人的床請先說，他突然理性斷裂開始質問亂翻客人的床有什麼問題，我說我可先收拾好床上的東西！像我的廁紙就被你亂丟掉了！ 他竟在櫃子拿了一卷髒廁紙硬要塞給我，我說我不要！他硬來，最後用那髒廁紙丟向我身上！在場所有客人都看見！他還說不滿意的話請我立即離開！他打算在拿破里晚上強迫已付了錢的客人露宿街頭，還說要報警。我滿頭問號，拿廁紙丟向客人的是他，他要報警自首嗎？我叫他報警啊！他又不敢。 後來我要把床上他摸過的東西都清洗，因為房間廁所滿了，我便使用廚房的洗手盤，他看到我來來回回又不滿了，說為什麼我要用廚房的洗手盤！我問為什麼不能用，他想動手打我，我大叫「dont touch me!」大喝叫他停止。 幸好第2天便check out了，那天我行李也不敢留下，深怕他亂動我的行李。 我現在看到和他相似的黑人也會有驚恐症。太恐怖了。我被他嚇哭了。
