Bed bugs. I'm completely covered and saw them on the sheets. They moved me as soon as I called and alerted them but it was extremely uncomfortable

My partner was covered in bed bug bites and we saw bed bugs crawling all over the room - when telling the staff we could not stay here - they denied they could see them and laughed at us. Eventually giving us our money back for the last night of our stay to find somewhere else. Avoid
