Spiega come funziona
0 = perfettamente tipico. 1–2 = un po' strano ma nel rumore. 3–5 = molto anomalo. Oltre 10 = pattern talmente fuori scala che è praticamente impossibile arrivarci in modo organico.

Pathetic service. AC was not working, they got it repaired. No water supply, inspite of multiple reminders. Did not allocate any other room. No toiletries, no water provided. Dirty rooms. Worst experience ever. Note: My room was 204 (in case you think it is a paid review)

Worst experience ever. There was no water in the bathroom, and when we reported the issue, the staff’s response was simply, “File a complaint or leave a review.” We paid ₹19,362 for two rooms for two nights, yet were denied one of the most basic necessities. The complete lack of professionalism and concern for guests is shocking and unacceptable. A hotel charging this amount should at least be able to provide running water. Instead of resolving the issue, they eventually provided just one bucket of water, as if that was an acceptable solution. This is a clear failure to deliver the services we paid for. We demand a full refund and strongly advise others to avoid this property.

paid to stay not to write the review
In My 7 years of backpacking journey I keep on exploring new places and new hostels but I came across in so called the MAD-Family Madpackers Rishikesh Laxman Jhula. So I entered the hostel which was not at all welcoming. There was no to host the guest as soon as you'll reach the hostel they will alot you the room or dorm and now you are own your own no one will ask you anything specially when it comes to community I entered my dorm opened the locker and two plastic polybeg welcomed me and then I went on the 4th floor where they have their common space which is not common area at all it's a dharmashala where people will sit and smoke even if u r comfortable or not because I don't think they really have some guidelines for travellers that where they can smoke.Guys please don't refer the hostel to anyone if you are here to meet the community forget about it so guys I paid to stay not to write the review so as I'm writing in the present state so I'm leaving hostel in 30 minutes of my arrival just because the vibe is so dull because of that I have to leave so guys just imagine that no one will leave the hostel in 30 minutes but if the vibe is so negative and that too if you stay in backpacking hostel...and if you are hungry guys forget about everything they don't have any kitchen or cafe so forget about it and one more think water cooler on the floor was not having any glass. So guys choose your stay before paying.

FAKE Reviews
All FAKE Reviews Absolutely the WORST hostel experience I’ve ever had. The crowd was extremely cheap and uncomfortable, completely ruining the vibe. The hosts, especially Varsha and the guy at the reception during the night, were rude, unprofessional, and had zero sense of hospitality. The property itself is very unhygienic — dirty rooms, poorly maintained washrooms, and no proper cleanliness standards. The lift doesn’t work at all, so be ready to climb five floors with your luggage. On top of that, the rules are ridiculously strict, like a school hostel — you can’t even eat chips in your own room. Totally not recommended.

reviews seem highly questionable, possibly paid
This was a pathetic experience. The listing clearly mentioned parking available, but in reality, the parking is about 500 meters away from the property. You’re expected to walk all the way with your luggage, and no assistance is provided whatsoever. There are also stairs to climb, and again, no help offered with bags. It’s important to note that this place is more of a hostel than a hotel, and should not be listed on online platforms as a proper hotel. The reviews seem highly questionable, possibly paid, as they don’t reflect the reality at all. There’s nothing around the hotel – the area is completely dead and isolated. Absolutely not worth it.

reviews are fake
Honestly, this was by far the worst hostel experience I’ve had in years. It feels as if other positive reviews are fake or forced out of customers. Crowd in the common area was cheap, felt like a third grade bar. Couldn't stay there for even 5 mins. The property itself was kinda gross — dirty rooms, poorly maintained washrooms, and overall hygiene felt off. The rooms have no windows, it feels as if you're locked in a prison. Pretty depressing. The lift doesnt work, so yeah, hauling your luggage up five floors is part of the “experience.” Unreal. Plus, the rules are way too strict - feels like you’re back in school. You can’t even eat chips in your own room. The walls are full of posters telling you about the ₹ 500 fine for various things. Like, seriously? I came here to relax and not get stressed about the fines I need to pay. The hosts, especially Varsha and the night reception guy, were pretty rude and low-key clueless about how to treat guests. Lack basic courtesy and talk unprofessionally. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS.
