Reception male staff start fighting & I dialed (112)....at that time owner intervene.... Worst place ever.... Not safe So I request everyone... please don't stay in this hostel

Recensione completaLocation The person sitting at the desk (not the manager) was rude and cancelled our booking and charged extra money for another room, which basically seemed like the same room. As we were already in the last minute, we paid the extra money and stayed. Room was not that clean either.

Recensione completaAVOID THIS PLACE! READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING!! We booked a 3 night stay and the host canceled our stay on the day of check in via WhatsApp. They first claimed “maintenance issues,” then admitted they found a guest willing to pay more. This left us stranded and forced to rebook at the last minute at a much higher cost elsewhere. Yes, we were refunded, but that hardly makes up for the stress and inconvenience caused. It is clear this property operates by baiting guests with low prices on Agoda and then cancelling when a better offer comes along. If you enjoy uncertainty and last-minute chaos, this might be the place for you. Otherwise, stay far away. I am attaching screenshots from WhatsApp as proof.
