Everything. I found bedbugs and they did not seem to care. I left right away. Building looks old and it’s not very clean. Showers are super small and only have a shower curtain. Nothing to hang your clothes or put your stuff down. Common area is not cosy, but just looks like they put some IKEA chairs down and called it a day.

AVOID THIS HOSTEL!! Found a dead bedbug in the bed after checking in (1 always means more). They did not seem to care. The staff said ‘they will clean’ tomorrow. As I found multiple reviews that mentioned bedbugs, I assume they just go about their business and ignore them instead of having the mattresses professionally cleaned or thrown out. I did not sleep here and had to book a different hostel at 22:15. They are not paying me my money back. Avoid this place!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst hostel i have ever stayed in. - Phone got stolen from my bed whilst i was asleep - No hot water - Mouldy shower curtains - People there are just weird (old and not on holiday) - Creaky beds - BED BUGS! All left itchy after staying there for 1 night - Dodgy location

Worst hostel ever! Phone got stolen from my bed in the night, whole place stank, riddled with bed bugs, weirdos walking around, mouldy shower curtains, cold showers, no toilet paper, grungy location. Do not book here!!!!

Door to room wouldn't close properly. Mold in showers. No staff available for much of the visit. Missing linens from some of the beds. The room alternated from being so cold that it was difficult to sleep and then so hot that you would wake up sweating. I found a bed bug on my pillow in the middle of the night and took photos. However, since there was no staff on site during the night, I had no one to ask to change rooms. Staff were then unapologetic about the situation the following morning.

¡¡¡CHINCHES DE CAMA!!! ¡¡¡HORMIGAS!!! ¡¡¡Personas sin hogar que viven allí!!! Cuando haces el check-out y quieres guardar tu equipaje grande y pesado por un tiempo, ¡¡¡TIENES QUE PAGAR!!!

be careful BED BUGS！ I got bitten by bed bugs 😭 other people were saying bed are noisy, and bathrooms are wet, kitchen has only microwave, those things are not a problem at all for me, but why bed bugs?! so itchy to sleep after bitten by bed bugs. I keep waked up in the midnight, what a nightmare 😫 (I have more pictures, but is too private )

TERRIBLE!!! Me picaron bichos en la cama, supongo que CHINCHES, el baño de chicas olía a orín (no quiero imaginar el de chicos) y no tenía papel higiénico, las duchas y la ropa de cama parecían de la cárcel y los lavabos son tan diminutos que si te lavas la cara te echas el agua encima... si tienes algún problema, no habrá nadie en recepción en toda la noche y el check in/out tiene horarios de aprovechados total, sales a las 10:00 pero no entras hasta las 15:00... Si después de irte quieres dejar tu maleta hasta q salga tu transporte, o pagas extra o pones una buena reseña para q te salga gratis, jajajaja, así tendrán alguien q diga algo bueno...

Me robaron las zapatillas y el cargador del móvil es el peor sitio huele muy mal las habitaciones muy sucias las camas muy sucias y solo ay yonkis las camas con chinches

Pésimo. Me deben $96.90 euros. Hice una reserva por 5 noches, y quise cancelarla porque leí que habían chinches. Llamé para preguntar si se podía reembolsar, me dijeron que no habría ningún problema, e incluso me lo confirmaron por mail. Luego fui presencialmente a re confirmar la información, me volvieron a decir que no se haría ningún cargo ya que la reserva ya había sido cancelada. Finalmente el cargo se hizo a mi tarjeta, y volví a llamar para regularizar la situación y me responden vía mail con: "lamentamos mucho que se te haya informado mal al principio, pero como te hemos comunicado vía telefónica el día de hoy, tu reserva es no reembolsable y por eso no podemos hacer ningún reembolso. Sentimos la molestia." Les pregunté si iban a hacerse cargo de alguna forma y no he recibido respuesta.
