So dormi uma noite mas o suficiente para ser possuido por percevejos. E olha que fiz checkin as 23 e sai as 06 da manha. Como tenho alergia terei umas férias péssimas. NAO SE HOSPEDEM NESSE LUGAR. Infestado de bugs.

Don’t get this hotel please, put your money towards a better hotel. First of all, there are bedbugs, I got bitten by them. There is mold in the rooms. The rooms are small and look pretty bad, way worse than the pictures , believe me. There is no space for clothes. Some beds and lights are broken. The breakfast is super small and not worth it. The main area is dirty and has nothing to offer. The whole hotel is pretty dirty. Very strange people are in this hotel. The bathrooms are very bad. They are shared, dirty, mist of them time they don’t have toilet paper. The location is also bad, no good restaurants or bars surrounding, only the metro. The location is quiet.

An absolutely disgusting establishment, clearly infested with bedbugs. We arrived at 1 a.m. to find an infested room and had to fight until 3 a.m. with indifferent, even contemptuous, staff who refused to take any responsibility whatsoever. We changed rooms five times, and each time the problem persisted. It's simply unacceptable. It's deeply shocking to witness such a lack of professionalism and a complete absence of consideration for guests. Before our stay, we took the trouble to contact the establishment regarding reviews reporting these problems. We were assured that any infested room was immediately closed. However, we saw with our own eyes that clearly infested rooms continued to be assigned. The only exception in this disaster was José, the cook, who was kind, professional, and humane—a stark contrast to the rest of the staff. Regardless of the price, if you can, run away!!!!

Nunca havia ocorrido isso, esse final de semana aconteceu que havia percevejos, na minha cama e na cama da senhora que estava no mesmo quarto, o 402, quarto andar, fiquei toda marcada, isso foi terrível.

I was there in July 2025. I got horrible bitten by bed bugs. The staff gave me a new room but did not help me move or apologized. I asked for a refund, and they told me to send an email. I did so, and also sent a reminder. I still have no refund in November. I wish I never stayed there as I was in so much pain from the bed bugs.

Une des pires auberges de jeunesse que j’ai faites. Les douches étaient dégoûtantes, avec des cheveux, des pansements et eau froide. Punaises de lit dans la chambre. Des SDF dormaient dans le hall la nuit, et une des dames à l’accueil était désagréable. Franchement, fuyez cet endroit.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOSTEL! If only I checked Google reviews before trusting Agoda’s 7.5 rating — I could have avoided the BED BUGS! I was bitten by bed bugs on my FIRST NIGHT so I left immediately especially after seeing them with my own eyes. The experience was TRAUMATIZING, and I am still suffering from the bites MORE THAN 4 WEEKS LATER. Management refused a refund, stating that the bed bugs were due to increased tourist activity and brought in through luggage, rather than a result of poor hygiene at the hostel. PLEASE DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE — avoid this place if you want a safe and peaceful stay in Lisbon. Trip: August 2025

Il faudrait changer les lits car il y a des punaises de lit, et installer des climatiseurs pour rafraîchir les chambres, car elles sont très chaudes en été.

L'ostello ha i minimi comfort, bagni sporchi e stanze piccole. Le uniche cose buone sono la posizione e il fatto che puoi fare il ceck in a che ora vuoi. La cosa peggiore è che abbiamo trovato le cimici da letto nella nostra stanza e dopo averci spostato in un'altra stanza le abbiamo trovate anche lì

Attention, n'y allez pas, punaises de lit. J'ai été atteint assez gravement de plein de piqûressss de punaises de lit. Puisque j'en ai déjà eu dans le passé j'ai reconnu immédiatement le type de piqûre. J'en avait plein la tête, les bras. Ce n'était pas des moustiques.

Les douches pour femmes souvent inondée et pas forcémment propre, première chambre avec des punaises de lits, fenêtres mal isolé on entend beaucoup de bruit la nuit

I booked in this hostel february, but i found bed bugs in the room. The receptionist attitude wasn't good and she suggested that i change the room. Since I already suffered from bed bugs in my life and i a have a phobia so I could'nt take the risk and stay. But when i requested a full refund, she told me to send them an email, and that's what i did and i left. Two months after, they answer me saying that there's no refund possible.

Péssima experiência. Uma infestação de percevejos a cama e o quarto estavam carregados tentei resolver a situação a bem com alojamento mas foi recusado devolução das duas noites que não fiquei sendo que reservei três noites e na primeira não consegui dormir e fico totalmente picado tenho vídeo do qual tirei um print para deixar aqui vou dirigir o alojamento para fazer a reclamação por escrito ainda. A razão para não para não devolução do dinheiro Foi o facto de não querer permanecer nas instalações por +2 noites ,acho lamentável.

Fui de viaje de fin de curso, del servicio no tengo nada que decir porque no hay un trato por así decirlo, de localización esta perfecto pero me parece que por muy bien ubicado que este no vale la pena para lo caro que fue, hay un solo baño por cada piso, nunca se mezcla el baño de hombres con el de mujeres, pero de todas formas el hecho de que haya solo 2 duchas, 2 inodoros y 2 lavamanos para más de 20 personas es simplemente inaceptable al igual que mezclar a menores de edad de una misma escuela con completos desconocidos que lleguen al albergue, las habitaciones no fueron tan malas, dentro de lo que cabe, ya que leyendo reseñas vimos que muchos habían encontrado CHINCHES en sus camas tuvimos que comprarnos un repelente contra chinches lo cual es un gasto adicional que no deberíamos haber hecho, las camas tenían algunas manchas, las paredes llenas de humedad y moho, incluso una compañera debajo de su colchón había unas sábanas SUCIAS, que parecían llevar ahí mucho tiempo, la comida algunos días estuvo bien (unos 2 de los 5 que estuvimos), siendo sincera no disfrute nada de la mayoría de comidas ,lo mejor era el desayuno y eso únicamente porque era pan con mermelada y mantequilla o cereales, me parece nefasto haber tenido que gastar mi dinero en comida de fuera cuando se supone que he pagado para tener comida en el albergue que no hace falta que sean platos perfectos, pero al menos que sean comibles. Por suerte cerca del hotel hay un sitio de Ramen, hamburgueserías y un supermercado que son increíbles.

O alojamento tinha percevejos. O atendimento dos trabalhadores da recepção é rude. Não queriam passar fatura com número de contribuinte, tive a recorrer a ameaça de escrever no livro de reclamações. Além disso, não respondem aos emails de reclamações.

Exceto a sra da receção tudo o resto foi deprimente.. balneários sujos, sala de convívio pouco estimada e pior foi mesmo encontrar percevejos no colchao onde iria dormir! Paguei a cama mas abandonei o local de imediato face a esta questao grave de saude publica!!! Simplesmente horrivel!!!

Não recomendo esta pousada de todo. Em todos os quartos que tive junto com as pessoas que vim foram encontrados quase 20 percevejos. Para além de serem insetos que se prendem as nossas roupas são bichos que prejudicam o nosso bem estar. Posso afirmar que lidar com este tipo de situação é desgostante e estraga a experiência de qualquer um em Lisboa. Em relação aos funcionários, agradeço a disponibilidade e a simpatia com que falaram comigo.

The entire hostel was full of bed bugs. My friends and I found so many in our room, then reported it, but the employees didn't care. They were all relaxed and told us several times that a room change wouldn’t make any difference. Other guests we met in the lobby also had bed bugs. Their "tips" made it clear that they do not take the bed bug problem seriously. Her tip was to shake your own clothes... one time googling it, is enough to know that this is not the solution. They couldn’t offer any help: no clean room, no laundry, no information what to do, nothing. We couldn’t sleep, everything was itchy, … it really made us crazy.

Don’t visit this pousada! There are bedbugs everywhere and the rooms look like they were built in the 70’s. The cleaning ladies were very nice and did everything to our favour. The receptionists were also very nice and welcoming. The kitchen in the hostel didn’t function at all. You were able to let your water get boiled in a kettle but only when you went to the reception and asked them. All in all it was a very disgusting and dissatisfying experience but thank you very much to all the nice staff working here <3

I had a good experience last year but this year I had a horrible one with bed bugs, and when I complained I was told that there is nothing to do and this is because of the hot weather

Bonsoir, Suite à une très mauvaise nuit du 7 jusqu'à 8 Août et dormir avec des punaises de lit. J'ai mon corps plein de morsure des ses bestioles.

Durante mi estadía en el hostal, amanecí lleno de picaduras de bedbugs por todo el cuerpo (al menos 25 picaduras tenía al despertarme allí), lo que evidencia el estado de higiene deplorable del lugar. Aparte de esto, las instalaciones no son muy buenas, y tampoco lo es el desayuno y la ubicación, que queda algo lejos de los sitios turísticos principales. Rescato solamente el personal del hostal que fue muy amable

Bedbug alarm, don't come here!! My friends and I got bitten in the night several times and even found some dead bugs in the morning. We had to laundry all of our clothes at 80° C to get rid of them. The hostel staff confirmed the bedbugs to us and promised a refund, but didn't reply to any mail since then. Better spend a couple of more euros to safe yourself from that torture!

I would have given zero if I could. WARNING THERE ARE FLEAS IN THE MATTRESS. PUNAISES DE LIT, PULGAS DONT GOOOO. Just one thing positive the people working there are very nice but exploited. Fuyez !!!

Overall I enjoyed my stay, I picked it because it was the cheapest option when I booked. I'd say it's pretty clean and I didn't encounter any bed bugs. The free breakfast is great, what I'd expect, enough to fill you up. There's no social atmosphere, seems to be a wide variety of ages staying here. But I did feel safe, you need a key card to get into the rooms. There's no kitchen so that's a bit annoying but overall I'd say it's a decent place for a bed.

Experiencia nefasta. Lo único bueno es la ubicación, pero teniendo en cuenta el estado de las instalaciones la ubicación no sirve de nada. Hay habitaciones en las que no se pueden abrir ni las maletas de lo pequeñas que son. Hay suciedad por todos los lados, y se nota el escaso mantenimiento del lugar (por no decir nulo). En mi habitación encontramos chinches y otros bichos, por no mencionar la suciedad de los colchones. En los baños, tanto los espejos como las duchas estaban sucios. También mencionar que en el ascensor solo entran dos personas y hay uno de ellos que no para el la 4° planta. El desayuno no era muy variado. La comida no era muy buena, pero la que le pusieron a mis amigas celíacas y vegetarianas era peor, como por ejemplo pasta que estaba dura y poco cocida. No recomendaría este sitio a nadie. Para el sitio que es su precio es desorbitado. Yo recomendaría ir a un lugar dónde por lo menos exista algo de limpieza. No entiendo cómo alguien puede llevar un negocio y tenerlo en este estado de suciedad y mediocridad, porque es lo que es este sitio, un sitio mediocre.

My bed had bed buggs and none of the power sockets worked in the room

I found bugs in the bed, the staff are ok but not so friendly, the beds and the lockers are squeezing, the bathrooms' ceilings are dripping water.

Really disappointed. Two different rooms had bedbugs and staff were reluctant to help sort this problem. My room had no working key, only padlocks on the outside and inside. This makes no sense, only usable when no one or everyone is in the room. Others were only allowed one keycard per room of 4 or 6. Location was a little far out of Lisbon too. Overall would not recommend.

Worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in - AVOID HAS BED BUGS The staff were rude and uncaring when we showed proof of bed bugs, being completely unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate us or fix the problem. Plus we found out other rooms had also found bed bugs so is clearly a wider hostel issue. Breakfast is warm milk, fake yogurt and a slice of bread if you’re lucky. Faculties are poor with girls having the walk up 2 flights of stairs to use shower and toilet facilities. The showers lack privacy as are small meaning you can see over the top into the shower next to you. The rooms are tiny (we stayed in a 4 bed private) and there was barely space for us all to be in there at once. 100% would NOT recommend - AVOID!

The breakfast consists of warm milk, fake yoghurt and some bread if you’re lucky. The faculties are poor with there not being a boys and girls bathroom on each floor with the girls having to walk up/down 2 flights of stairs to shower and use the bathroom. Overall AVOID.
