The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating, which I really appreciated. However, the condition of my hotel room was far below acceptable standards—not even worth one star. I arrived last night with my backpack and experienced itching throughout the entire evening, which makes me suspect bed bugs. Additionally, the air conditioning is extremely loud and only works with a key card, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, a very disappointing stay. I would recommend looking for another place. No refund for my 3 nights that i booked.
