Place is dirty and disgusting. Has bedbugs

I dont throw around one star ratings just like that but this place deserves it. It has bedbugs. After one night there my whole body is itching. I am just returning from my trip in central Asia but had to come to Europe to experience conditions like that. It is not clean either, sheets are dirty. Slept in my clothes. Bathroom was so dirty and unappealing that I decided to skip the shower. No toilet paper. There is no reception, to enter the place (which is on the second floor of residentual building) you need access codes. I didnt know that when I arrived from Istanbul since I didnt have the internet and I didnt receive the necessary information when I made the reservation. Had to find the place to log in and see the e-mail that was sent during the day. It would save me a lot of time if that e-mail was sent two days earlier when I actually made the booking.

Que me fui lleno de picaduras de chinches y el dueño no se hizo cargo porque ‘no encontró ninguna chinche en las trampas’ así que termine gastando más en antialérgicos y cremas que en él la habitación de hostel.

Estoy muy disgustada con este hostel. Aquí abajo hay un comentario de que había chinches y es verdad. Me levante hoy llena de ronchas , en todas las piernas los pies, la cara los brazos. Soy alérgica y la estoy pasando mal! El dueño no se está haciendo cargo. De echo me dice ‘no es nada, es como una picadura de mosquito’Dice que se fijará si en las trampas para chinches hay alguna. Me parece tremenda falta de respeto, alquilar habitaciones sabiendo que hay chinches. Además que me puso en un gran gasto al comprar medicamentos y mandar a lavar toda mi ropa. Si no te queres ir todo picado! No vayas por un poco más de dinero cuidas tu salud. Es una lástima ya que el lugar en si es lindo. No me ha devuelto la plata del hospedaje y Nisiquiera ha pagado por Mís medicamentos o la limpieza de toda mi ropa (que había lavado días atrás)

Place looks fine overall, BUT there is an ongoing infestation with bed bugs in at least one room. The owner reacted immediately to this, informed the pest control company and gave us a full refund. That's certainly a good sign and it could be no issue within a few weeks. My take though: spraying insecticides won't fix the problem anytime soon. The room and the beds where not clean at all. It's a cheap stay, but just be aware.
