    This is basic rooms to let. Not a hostel. There is no reception or staff hours. The staff person (owner?) is poor at communicating even though you have to message him to arrange for keys and etc. The address he has you meet him at is the actual address of your dorm. The address in the listing is bogus. This was definitely the sketchiest place I've stayed outside of the US. On the plus side, the room is clean with a good location. No bed bugs (I checked).
