The man at the reception was very nice and helpful when I told about the bedbug issue, I got refund instantly and he helped me look for another accommodation. I unfortunately couldn’t stay in the room when I found multiple bedbugs on the bed. I was there maybe 15 minutes and had to cancel my stay, as they were fully booked and didn’t have another room I could stay at.
