Located in the heart of the souks, excellent base for exploring Aswan. If you are a light sleeper the loud souks may keep you up as they run late. Bed was very comfortable and room very spacious, kitchen provided with essentials and clean, regularly maintained bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff, my partner and I needed medical attention and they were extremely useful in guiding us to the nearest clinic.
Très bon séjour chez Wanees Hostel. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Menna qui a été d’une aide précieuse tout au long du séjour. Je recommande ++

Muy bien ubicado, facil de llegar, esta en un lugar concurrido pero no hay problema con el ruido
Very well located, easy to get to, is in a busy area but no problem with noise
Can't thank the staff enough. They help in every way. If you need to call within Aswan to arrange anything - they sort it out by making calls themselves especially if the person on the other end of the phone doesn't speak English ! They have some good tours and offers; they don't need to pressurise you. Above All very friendly ! No competition !!!

This hostel is located in the heart of Aswan with many great advantages and the warmth of the friendly staff was the most impressive.
The beds are incredibly comfortable; I slept like a baby. Biba and Asan take great care of their guests. The hostel is very well located. I highly recommend it and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!🙏 🇫🇷
Great little hostel right in the middle of the souk - meaning it can get a little noisy at night but nothing too crazy. Also dont be put off by the entrance - it’s great once you get inside! The staff are so sweet and have a really nice chilled attitude - they even gave me a cute little gift when I left 🫶🏼
Excelente ubicación. Hassan me recibió muy servicial y pendiente a mi arribo. La cama fue cómoda para un viaje largo en tren, solo el baño está justo en la recepción.
Hassan received me very helpful and attentive on my arrival. the bed was comfortable for a long train ride, only the bathroom is right at the reception.

J'ai été reçu par Hassan, Jamil et Chaïma 😊 Je n'ai jamais été aussi bien reçu dans une auberge de jeunesse qu'ici à Wanees Hostel. Ils sont si gentils, si souriant, si serviable qu'on en oublierait qu'on simplement dans une auberge de jeunesse ! Ils m'ont conseillé et aiguillé dans mes sorties, prit le temps de m'indiquer les astuces pour pouvoir mieux profiter de mon séjour 🤍 Vraiment je vous le dis en toute objectivité: foncez si vous êtes de passage sûr Aswan. �...
I was received by Hassan, Jamil and Chaïma 😊 I have never been so well received in a hostel as here at Wanees Hostel. They are so kind, so smiling, so helpful that you would forget that you are simply in a hostel ! They advised me and guided me in my outings, took the time to indicate to me the tricks to be able to enjoy my stay better Truly I say to you objectively: go ahead if you are sure of being in Aswan. 😊👌🏻 Laïd
Good but small hostel. Not much community or “hostel friends” vibes but the room was big and clean. 1 communal bathroom for everyone. Very conveniently located next to the cruise terminal. However very hard to find and you need to lug your suitcase up multiple flights of stairs. Decent hostel for 1 night
