More towels could be provided for our long stay.

A really uncomfortable stay for my family. I booked a connecting room for 4 pax and each room was supposed to stay 2 pax but felt more like 1 pax room. Hardly enough space to open 2 mid size luggages. We had to open the luggages right beside the exiting door. The worse part is, the hotel informed us that only heating system is on during this winter period, no aircon. So we need to open the window for cool air and ventilation. Since it was a connecting room and the 'inner' room had no window, the room was stuffy and hot. We had to open the connecting door all the time to allow ventilation and cool air to pass which left both sides no privacy. The other room got cold after a while but couldnt close the window because the inner room would get hot and stuffy. Overall bad room design. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but because our previous flight got delayed, we only stayed 1 night and this was a blessing in disguise.
