Dawoo House

The person running the place asked to communicate through WhatsApp as apparently they don’t get notifications when they get new messages. We arrived in the morning and I texted them where we could leave our suitcases. They send us instructions how to get there and said to leave it in the corridor. Once checked in hours after we noticed mold all over the walls. We texted the manager but didn’t get any reply. Next morning we woke up covered in spots, little bites presumably from bed bugs. They sent over a lady to check the bed and she was shocked when she saw the amount of mold on the walls. We told them we are leaving and we will go to different hotel and the owner said on WhatsApp they already spoke to booking to give me refund. It’s now 5 business days later and we still didn’t get any confirmation from booking that the refund will be sent. I spoke to the agent on customer support and they said they will try to contact the hotel.
