- If you look at recent Google reviews several site a bedbug infestation. When I asked for a refund it was denied on the premise that I haven't checked in and seen them myself. The owner denied all claims and said the reviews were false. Why would I enter the building and risk my belongings getting contaminated. The owner provided no evidence that the claims were false or that any type of treatment had been done. They didn't listen to my concerns or validate my hesitation. Look at the reviews yourself and decide to go somewhere else

I strongly advise against booking this hostel.

- Bedbugs. Lack of hygiene in toilets and beds, they charge you €3 for bed linen and €3 for city tax, yet it doesn’t include hot water, basic soap or shampoo, or guarantee that you aren’t going to be covered in bedbug bites the next day.

- 1/On m’a facturé 12 € de taxes supplémentaires pour seulement deux jours : abusif. 2/La salle de bain était très sale et mal entretenue. 3/Le lit superposé était fragile ; celui du haut bougeait. Les draps étaient sales. 4/Les personnes dans le dortoir sentaient l’urine et l’alcool, et faisaient beaucoup de bruit. 5/L’accueil était désagréable.
- Everything was great with the staff and service, but when I went to sleep there were animals crawling all over the bed and pillow. They looked like bed bugs, fleas, ticks, or something similar, but it was disgusting. It was already very late, so there was no staff available to ask for a room change. There were also bloodstains on the pillow. I don't know if it was from the previous person who slept in that bed or from one of those dead animals on the pillow. It was disgusting to have to see all those animals and sleep there.

- Para empezar la primera noche que me quede a dormir, el recepcionista a las 11:45 de la noche metió a otro hombre en la habitación y empezó a explicar le las cosas de la habitación con la luz encendida y además el que entró a las 12 de la noche se quedó 40 minutos haciendo ruido y con la luz encendida hasta que se durmió, al día siguiente cuando me fui a duchar, la basura de la habitación estaba llena de cartones de vino vacíos que se bebió alguien el día anterior, un día después también la basura de baño de la habitación llena de litronas de cerveza, el encargado del lugar muy borde, y las instalaciones y limpieza dejaban mucho que desear, las literas de una muy mala calidad, la noche anterior a irme compré una pizza para hacerme y no funcionaba el horno vino el encargado hablándome de mala forma a decirme que no funcionaba enfadado como si me hubieran avisado, la verdad no lo recomendaría este lugar.

+ Cocina compartida con todo lo necesario para poder preparar tus comidas. Buena ubicación con metro justo al lado.
- Baño habitación chicas bastante dejado y sucio. Toallas amontonadas. Un solo aseo y ducha para 6 chicas, el agua caliente se agota.

- Há pessoas que estão meses morando no hostel, e isso faz com que essas pessoas tomem posse do quarto. Limpeza, principalmente do banheiro, deixa a desejar. Banheiro sem tranca. Quarto com mau cheiro. Pessoas de mais de 70 anos se hospedando nos quartos.

+ Good connection to trams & main station, nice staff
- The hostel was honestly a very bad experience. Every morning from before 10 AM everyone had to leave the rooms and wait outside so they could “clean.” If you arrive late at night, it’s ridiculous to be forced to wake up early and leave your room just because of this rule. Also there is no toilets outside of the rooms so even if you wait in the kitchen, you can’t go to the toilet for a couple of hours. The lockers were bent and damaged, the bathrooms were extremely old, everything had an unpleasant smell. The bed sheets were stained and even had holes in them, the toilet flush button was broken and even had a hole in it. There was also a problem with my room, so they moved me from a room with 6 beds to a room with 4. But because of that, I had to wait again for check-in time, meaning I could not access my room from 10 AM until 2 PM. Overall, a very uncomfortable and poorly managed hostel. On top of everything, they also charge an extra 3 € per day for bed linen instead of simply including it in the final advertised price, which feels unnecessary. Area is also not the nicest, it’s also super loud at night from the cars etc. but at least it’s nicely connected to the trams etc. I guess the low price, that ends up being higher at the end, also attracts people that shouldn’t stay at hostels - in both rooms I had such loud snoring I didn’t even know it is humanly possible. Couldn’t wait for my stay to end honestly.

+ Ubicación excelente en frente a la estación del metro
Only stayed for one night. Rooms were rather small but manageable. Kitchen was well equipped and staff were lovely. My friends locker we were able to put a lock on, whereas mine I could not. Struggled to find it originally but there’s a small sign with a big gate that you have to enter through first. Located far away but directly next to the metro (M1 line) and there were supermarkets nearby. Good for a short stay :)
