    Stayed less than 3 hours due to bed bugs. I was bitten all over my arms and back and couldn’t sleep. Staff denied responsibility, claiming it was mosquitoes, and refused a refund despite clear evidence of unsanitary conditions. I had to leave in the middle of the night without another place to stay. Extremely unprofessional handling of a serious health issue. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this hostel.

    In my experience, the only thing that stood out was the location, because the other services left a lot to be desired, starting with the cleanliness in the bathrooms, kitchen and rooms, there was a generally unpleasant smell in all the rooms, regarding the room where I stayed I must say that unfortunately I could not sleep well because there were fleas or bedbugs that bit, I also did not like the reception, it was very unfriendly unlike other hostels.

    Imagine lying down and out of nowhere you see 3 bed bugs on your pillow and another 4 on your sheets. They bit me all over my body. It was a terrible experience!! I notified the front desk and they just changed my sheets. But there were still bugs in my bed. I think they went to do a deep cleaning the next day, but just in case. Don't stay here.

    Staff lovely and decent facilities but had bed bugs and woke up bit everywhere so dont stay!

    DON'T GO HERE!!! I was bitten by bed bugs at this hostel. So I requested a refund of medicine and my accommodation fee, but I haven't received it yet. Staff said that he would ask the owner. After, the staff asked me to send them my account number by email. And they showed me the document that they disinfected the room at the end of May due to bed bugs, but they didn't even disinfect room 2 where I stayed. I sent my account number to the email address twice. However, they have not responded!!!

    I would have given a higher rating and good review as the location is good, the staff are friendly, the rooms are bright and well laid out, additional facilities are good - but my husband was badly bitten by bed bugs and left covered in bites!!!

    BED BUGS. Went to the clinic and got confirmation of bed bug bites. Also, the bathroom door handle fell off??? Just a lot of s***** things in a s***** hostel. Musty. Dank. Humid. Hot. Prepare to sweat. Where's that smell coming from? We don't know. The owner is right you get what you pay for. Overall could've been worse 2/5

    The shower was *very* mouldy, paint coming off walls, plus you stand in your water shower because of poor drainage (well actually bad water pump, the hostel rooms are underground) At 12-1AM they shut off the AC in all rooms!! They claimed (in the morning) that if they weren't doing that - their electricity system will fail..Obviously nonsense.. Clean sheets, no bedbugs. Did have an inconsiderate Italian roommate but receptionist didn't care. No locks on "lockers" supplied, so Bring your own.
