Stay Inn Taksim Hostel

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! Could NOT sleep at all — BEDBUGS EVERYWHERE! The room was disgusting and completely unacceptable. To make things worse, I noticed someone had tried to break into my storage (THEVIES), which made me feel unsafe during my entire stay. When I asked to cancel and leave, the guy at reception was extremely rude, showed NO understanding, and refused to refund my money. I had no choice but to leave because staying there was impossible. You still owe me my money. This place is a SCAM!!!! Save your money don’t visit this place!

BEWARE THIS PLACE, WHERE THE MOST ABSOLUTE DISHONESTY REIGNS. I booked a place to sleep via Hostelworld on the 22nd of July in the morning, while I was already at the reception of the hostel. I came back to the hostel at 3 pm for my check-in (which I never did) and found people outside, a nauseating smell of chemicals and men with bottles going up and down the stairs. Asking the others what was happening, I found out that the hostel had been infested with BEDBUGS FOR DAYS. So I went to talk to the guy at the reception, telling him that I would cancel my reservation, and making sure I wouldn’t be charged. He told me not to worry, since it was obvious that the problem came from them. Two days later, I found out that Stay Inn Taksim had charged me the sum of 56.05 euros, corresponding to the totality of my stay. I went to them to get a refund, but they told me that they had never had the problem I was talking about, sending me away in a bad way, only then contact me on WhatsApp to contradict themselves (that is, admitting there was a bed bug infestation : I leave you here the screens of the conversation) I would like to tell you that, besides being dishonest, you are devoid of any commercial sense, since a bad comment will certainly cost you more than the 56.05 euros that you had to refund me.

Caution : bugs !!! Punaises de lit !! Bugs ! J’ai passé une nuit à l’auberge, j’ai appris que des clients s’étaient fait piquer. Ils vous changent de chambre avec vos bagages. Je suis partie et Booking ne veut pas me rembourser !

The reception doesn’t work from 00:00. We arrived at 23:40, did check in with the guy and we didn’t get the right room that we order. After that it’s was after 00:00, and we have problem with the key. We tried to call the G.M and the reception and we didn’t get answer!! We stuck out the room like 35m and no body was helping us. After while a guy came and open our room. Unfortunately, at the bed all the night we can’t sleep because they have bed bugs. I am not recommending on that hostel.
