Fuse Old Town Hoi An

The hostel and staff itself were really nice. However my dorm had an issue with bed bugs which the girls in our dorm told us about rather than the staff. When we went to check our stuff, everything was already in black bin bags and we were told to go through EVERYTHING and that it all had to be washed if it was fabric, including our bags. They washed everything for us free of charge but that was the only compensation we got apart from an hour later check out and moving rooms.

Would go there again anytime. The staff, beds, activities, people everything was just a match. We read something about bed bugs, but everything was fine when we were there. They have a shuttle every night to got to the pub street so you can literally party every night. Food was great to and the location was a dream, everything was walking distance except the beach but they had a free shuttle there anywhere. Definitely can recommend the bike tour trough town, thanks to Libby for the amazing day !

everything here was perfect:location, facilities, activities, except... bed bugs. cleaning staff were very efficient, cleaned the bathroom 3 times a day, super helpful, but bed bugs need absolutely hardcore action when reported and unfortunately that didn't really happen. watch out. if you get clothes tailored make sure you shop around although the tailors in the basement are lovely.

Had bedbugs, no hot water, blocked toilet ! Great location and social, but rank rooms, and no curtains on top bunk
