DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is absolutely horrible. BED BUGS, MUSTY SMELL, and FILTHY ROOMS! It’s also extremely loud — you can’t get any rest. The front desk controls the air conditioning, so you have no comfort or control over your own room. The staff are dishonest — they claim no beds are available when they actually are, just to charge more. They only care about money, not guests. The entire place smells hot, musty, and disgusting. This is hands down the worst hostel in Hanoi. I wish more people wrote honest reviews so others wouldn’t have to go through the same awful experience. Save yourself the trouble — stay anywhere else! I bet they will lie and say this isn’t a real reviews except that I have receipts
