Mad Monkey Nusa Lembongan

Allgemein hatte ich eine super Zeit im Mad Monkeys! Das Personal war überwiegend super freundlich, die Anlage ist schön und jeden Abend war etwas geboten. Allerdings ist meine Freundin am zweiten Morgen mit (eindeutigen!) Bettwanzenbissen aufgewacht. Als wir das an der Rezeption angesprochen haben, wurden wir nicht besonders ernst genommen. Weder ein Zimmerwechsel, noch das Waschen unserer Sachen wurde angeboten, was in diesem Fall dringend notwendig wäre.

Absolutely disgusting hostel that was way overpriced and didn’t match the pictures at all! It had bed bugs, a dead frog in the room, and a lot of worms. When we asked if we could change rooms, we were told it wasn’t possible and that we couldn’t cancel either. No one came to check on the situation, and they clearly didn’t care. Even though we had already paid for the hostel, we decided to stay somewhere else.

This hostel was absolutely horrific! It was filthy and repulsive, with bed bugs crawling in the bed, worms all over the bathroom, and an unbearable level of dirt everywhere. The place was disgustingly unkempt and far overpriced for such a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
