Terrible place

Bonjour, Ils n'ont pas accepté de mi loger en dortoir, disant que comme je suis de nationalité tunisienne, en Egypte Ils n'ont pas le droit de mélanger arabes et occidentaux ! Ce qui m'a bien compliqué les choses !

这三晚中两晚都没有热水。我的擦头毛巾晾在外边先是掉了纽扣，随后连毛巾都不见了。问能否续房一周或十天，一直不给答复却直接关了网上的房间。员工服务态度都非常好，管理态度极差。

It is located at the crowded street, at night everyone is at the street, cars and bikes honk, so noisy, i couldn’t sleep. Staff was not clear, the bath i used in the room was so dirty i cleared by myself. When i arrived i was exhausted, i said i will pay, requested a room just for couple hours, even if they had the available bed, they didn’t help. Keep in your mind those if you choose this hostel.

I give 1 star because the stuff who wears 2 round glasses. he’s very rude, unfriendly,bad manners. I saw him everyday with a cold face as if others owe him 1 million. He definitely hate his job and hate the guests.

- property very dirty - I got there and there was no bed available - the host is not an honnest person - he took me to a second hostel he owns which was better with great staff. overall not the best experience and would not recommand this place.

It took hours for the staff to confirm they had called me a car to the airport for my early departure. I paid in cash the night before and the car never showed up and I was forced to rush to the airport in a different form of transport. I reached out for a refund and never heard back from them.

Otele gitmeden önce mail attım ancak hızlı bir dönüş yapılmadı. Oteli bulamadığım için aradığımda ise bekletildik ve kendimiz bulmak zorunda kaldık. Görevli kişiler ilgisizlerdi. Otel odasının içi böceklerle doluydu. Rezervasyonumuza kahvaltı dahil olduğu halde ilk başta dahil değil dediler. Daha sonrasında uygulamada yazan free breakfast yazısını gösterince kabul ettiler ve getirdiler. Çalışanlar daha kibar ve ilgili olsaydı çok daha iyi olurdu.

The location and the staff is good, but the place is not as clean as it looks on the pictures. There were mosquitoes into the room and the bathroom was dirty. Not recommended

Nice basic accommodation, but without even the bare necessities for a real hostel. The bed was good, but the room was really noisy on the main street side. No lockers nor any amenities providing intimacy (for those who need it). The location is pretty good with nice cheap restaurants next door, fruit market close by, etc.... No common space nor kitchen.

Good hot shower and the room is pretty nice, but there is zero hostel vibe, feels like a sort of hotel. Also the wifi doesn’t work

It was an ok place to stay. Not good not bad. Cairo is a very dirty noisy old fashioned city - so your standards generally need to be lower. It's very cheap. The check in process was strange it took maybe 20 minutes of standing around whilst the receptionist did what seemed like nothing. There are no locked doors. There are no lockers. Someone can walk in off the street up the stairs or elevator and straight into your room. Nothing happened but it was a constant worry. Very loud. Gross pillows.

I booked this hostel cos it was 4.5 € (with breakfast incluided) I stayed 4 days but the last day I had to leave cos the price increased to 12 € and the breakfast was getting worse and worse every day... Now i'm in the New Palace Hostal paying 6 dóllars in a private room... ;) // escogí el hostal x el precio que incluía desayuno a 4.5 € por día y tuve que salir al quinto día xq el precio subió a 12 € y el desayuno cada día era peor. Sali yo, mi novio y 2 turistas más x la misma r...

Excellent location, in downtown with all the stores and transport links nearby. Staff are really friendly and helpful, good for local tips. The place is clean and tidy and also very safe/secure I stayed in a dorm, the rooms are a good size and the bed is comfortable. Moreover, the WiFi works well. I think each dorm had their own toilet/washroom, which made it very convenient. I'm not sure but I don't think we're allowed to use the kitchen for personal cooking.

nice and helpful personell, great location, Internet connection was slow but I think the whole area have the same issue. thanks for the hospitality.

Lots of noise in the hotel and outside and disgusting smell in the bathroom.

Great experience!

I spent the first 5 days there, The location is great in the middle of the city. great staff and budget friendly.

Although my reservation included breakfast, the manager, Muhammed, asked me for 100 EGP. The location was nice and clean.

The staff were amazing and so accommodating. I loved their atmosphere, they made it feel like home. Thank Mohamed, Mohamed, Mohamed, Adam and Kareem. Insha'Allah I get a chance to come back again.

Chearfull place in the medle of downtown Cairo Good breakfast, very friendly staff.

The public toilet is clean but it seems that the staff doesn’t clean the bathroom in the dorm. The toilet didn’t work well and it’s dirty. There is only one small desk in the dorm , you have to put your stuffs on the floor. The door can’t be locked. Don’t leave your valuable items in the room. The elevator smells horrible, and it didn’t work the night I arrived . Location is good , close to the city center. Reception is good.

Gverything is great. I like here very much.
