   A homeless person broke into our room and woke us all up at 3:30 am. Despite that place was not the cleanest bathroom floors in the shower were dirty. I was really happy to leave. through my observations a lot of homeless or disheveled people came in and out of the hostel. I didn’t really feel safe. plus they didn’t offer any compensation or any apology to the situation that occurs with the homeless person.

   • I witnessed the staff putting used bed sheets and other items on the floor and reusing them for the next guests. They were rubbing the bed sheets and everything on the dirty floor before placing them back on the beds.

   The hostel initially appeared clean and nice, but my experience quickly turned into one of the worst I've had. Here are the issues I encountered: 1. On the first day, I was charged 4 euros for the luggage room. I've never been charged for this service in any other hostel around Europe. 2. On the second day, the staff suddenly entered the room and started cleaning at 3:30 pm, just as I had returned to rest. I don't think 3:30 pm is an appropriate time for cleaning and vacuuming rooms. This timing was very inconvenient for me and another guest trying to rest. 3. The worst part of my experience in this hostel: I witnessed the staff putting used bed sheets and other items on the floor and reusing them for the next guests. They were rubbing the bed sheets and everything on the dirty floor before placing them back on the beds. This was extremely disgusting. (As you can see in one of the pictures they tied the used bed sheets and then they used it again for the next guests. I tried to take several pictures but couldn't as the staff kept watching me.) 4. There were no lockers for my bed. The stickers on the wardrobes were incorrect, and most of them (6 out of 8) were broken, making it impossible to lock them securely. 5. They had a performance at the evening and they were so loud till 11:30 pm dragging the chairs and other things (not to mention their event was in french so it was not interesting at all for the passengers in the hostel) I’ve been in to so many hostels around the Europe and most of them try to have fun events suitable for everyone. But everything about this hostel was unconvinced. Overall, these issues made my stay unpleasant. The cleaning staff's timing and using unhygienic sheets were unacceptable. I would never recommend this hostel to anyone.
