Worst place I have stayed in in Italy. Holes in tent, bed bugs, unfriendly staff

Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Hole in the tent. Bed bugs found even before we put the sheets on the one inch mats they have to sleep on. Staff was extremely rude. No lock boxes. No lock for tents. Far from the city. Absolutely horrific.

Got a tent, not much to expect, might have had bed bugs.

It is a nice camping site, fully equipped. But. We stayed 2 nights in one of the bungalows. After the first night, small black spots appeared on the bed and pillow, indicating that there are bed bugs. 2 days after we've left we have rash all over our upper bodies (see picture). I really hope they will manage the bed bug infestation. We will not be returning to the bungalows, although I would return with a tent or a trailer.
