I found bed bugs. There was an alive bed bug on my wall and lots of dead bed bugs on the floor by my bed.

My friend and I got bedbuggs

There are bed bugs an insects. Also you can’t sleep environment is too noisy

Bed bugs. Bitten lots. Room was very dirty to the point of there being footprints on the walls. Was chewing gum stuck to the bed post. Disgusting place. Photos are completely different must be very old. Weird atmosphere. Common room doesn’t exist anymore. Loads of signs everywhere about fines etc.

Do not stay here. Pictures must be very old as looks completely different. None of the facilities seem to exist anymore. No common area to relax. Random tattoo parlour instead. BED BUGS ! And very dirty room. Footprints on wall. Plant coming in through bathroom window. So dirty felt uncomfortable to shower even.

The staff is nice and helpful(helped with a refund): this is the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1. The place itself is not bad, good location, but it's overrun by bed bugs, so many bed bugs, it's a nightmare. I've got marks all over my body, and a really stressful time. ( i saw them call two professionals, so maybe they're trying to disinfect the place).

I got bitten several times by bedbugs. The staff doesn’t care at all about this issue which is astounding. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. There are many many hostels for the same price nearby without bedbugs, trust me, if you pay for a bed you would at least hope to be able to sleep and not be awakened by something drinking your blood

I found 1 bed bug when I was checked in, then bitten 35 points of my body thru the night. asked to take care of it to reception, no apoligies or doing nothing.

Stayed in room 2. Had ac remote and a very tidy room. Sheets were very worn/old but not a problem for me. Can report no bed bugs or loud noise past midnight (manager plays cards with friends until 11:30). I'm sure, with earplugs, you could get an undisturbed early night. Free water and coin operated laundrette on site. Really is a budget backpackers paradise.

I got bed bug or flea bites at its twin room on the 1st floor. At glance It looked clean but it was a bed bug nightmare room.
