The location is far from the center, but with the free shuttle you can reach the MTR pretty quickly, and it is nice to get some quiet after a busy day in the city. It’s probably one of the most budget friendly and spacious place in HK. After we asked to clean the room, which is 100HK$, the room was well cleaned. The first room we got was very dirty, broken bathroom doorknob, moldy shower curtains and bed bugs, the receptionist guy quickly changed the room and it was better but still dirty. We went to reception to cancel the reservation and they said I had to do everything through booking.com, so I did but nobody got back to me. The girls at reception were pretty rude and rolling eyes while I was talking
