Well, at my bed in the first room were bed bugs. But the hotel manager quickly organised a new room for me. He was very kind and carring, they made sure I am okay in the new room and took my clothes for free laundry. I spent a week in this place - other guests didn't face such a problem. And I saw that my previous room was disinfected afterward.

we found bedbugs and the location is awesome, however it comes with noise in the night, plus through the walls you can hear your neighbours.
