Guru Hostel Buzios sits in a strong spot for getting around Buzios on foot, with easy access to Rua das Pedras, nearby beaches, and local shops. The place has a social, easygoing feel, with staff that seem warm and attentive. The outdoor areas are a main draw: there is a pool with a wide view, a grill area wrapped in greenery, and several shared spaces to spend time in. Some rooms have private bathrooms, balconies, and decent space, and a shared kitchen is available for meals. The tradeoffs are real. Triple bunks can make dorms feel tight, and the stairs can be intense.
