The property is a mess everything is broken toilets don’t flush none of the doors anywhere lock well including rooms and toilets everything is dirty and bed bugs were found. I would only recommend staying there if your only other option is sleeping on the street.

Don’t stay here. Iexperienced active bed bug presence during my stay, including live adults and eggs near the bed area (approximately 30cm from my head). This was not a single stray insect.I also found live bugs in my luggage after it had been stored in the room.The showers were unclean, the toilets frequently did not flush and were often left full of feces, and the rooms were extremely hot and uncomfortable.This resulted in additional accommodation costs and major disruption to my trip.

BED BUGS - DO NOT RESERVE UNTIL THEY IMPROVE THEIR SANITATION PRACTICES The place was full of bugs. Everyone in our room was getting bitten and needed to sanitize their clothes. The entire property has very low sanitation standards and clearly doesn't take cleanliness seriously. The shared working spaces are nice. The kitchen is acceptable (though a bit disorganized) and the bathrooms have broken locks. The rooms were too dirty. The staff seemed tired and disengaged.

The worst hostel I've ever stayed for several reasons: 1. People who work there don't speak English nor Portuguese, only Spanish. 2. There's constantaly no toilet paper in public bathroom and when you tell the staff they just don't give a concern to help you immediately. 3. The toilet breaks all the time and I've seen a lot of s*** in there, very disgusting 4. There's bed bugs and the sheets and blanket they give have stains on them, I doubt that they wash them?

There were bedbugs in the beds!! If it wasn't for that everything else was fine, I really liked the common spaces.

Not good. Bed bugs, mold, overpriced, showers barely work, flooding, poorly equipped kitchen… The one good aspect was the staff, who were very kind and accommodating.
