Bedbunkers

Budget hostel, cheap, close to Kuta Beach, and friendly staffs. . But.. I got bitten by bedbugs :(

Not recommended, Beware of bedbugs! They are every where !!! I requested to change my bed with one of their staff because i felt there is something bites me last night but the staff told me that all the bed and room is fully booked so im not allow to change, its fine i choose to believe the staff but when im awake, theres bed still empty and no one booked! I got bitten by bedbugs again...and they told me they never encountered customer complaint about bed bug before im the first one ! But after reviewing google i only found out that im not the first person who bitten by bedbugs! So be careful!

close to kuta beach, the bathroom is quite clean, hammocking outside, cheap price. things to do : 1.at least clean & dry the bed under the sun's heat to kill the bed bugs, 2. change the sheets so that there is no trace of blood from the bed bugs killed.

Do. Not. Come. BEDBUGS. There are blood stains everywhere... Made a huge mistake to come here. I got eaten alive by the bedbug and found 2 dead in my bed and the alive one on my butt. Not normal.... Run away

Bed are uncomfortable, when I arrived I spoke to the girl beside me saying how she has switched bed 3 times due to bed bugs. When she said that I looked around and lo and behold there was an adult bed bug on my bed. I guess you get what you pay for, to which isn't much

Don’t stay here. The place is filthy, half of the facilities are out of order, and they were definitely spraying for bedbugs in one of the dorms which was closed so they could “fix the reading lamps”. My friend and I were both assigned bunks that hadn’t been cleaned. The lady who checked us in literally removed a used blanket and some trash from the bed right in front of me and then gave it to me. The only reason this place has any good reviews is because they offer a free night if you leave one. Don’t be fooled. Just stay somewhere else.

heap but expecting a good night sleep turned out to be nightmare. Bed bugs dominated my night in this so called bedbunkers. I reported to the manager in the morning, instead of receiving apology like normal hospitality in Bali, she blamed the backpackers who she accuses to have brought in the bugs into the bed. It is so humiliating and She might forget that she earns living from the backpacking customers. The funny thing is, she also said i am the only one who complain about the bugs, i have asked some other guests they all said to have experienced the bugs attack. I think this female manager Focuses the most attention to her look instead of the her Job. Besides i also found hair on the blanket the receptionist gave me. I still have the photo of the very unique and aggresive bugs.

Well, I stayed one night to catch a flight and my experience was not a good one here. First have to mention that the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hostel terrace is also very nice. But that’s pretty much it. A very nice beach walk path nearby though. Attention on the wooden stairs, they are dangerously loose at entry. Watch your steps. Cleanliness in bathroom and toilet not good. The shower had less water which stopped while me and others have been using shower (seperate cabins of course ;) I couldn’t sleep due to bed bugs. Since this is my first experience with these insects I didn’t want to believe first, stayed in bed until the tickle on my body was too much. Reached out and got one in my fingers, the beasts are so stinky I tell you that. Puuuh. Got up and saw at torch light that the entire bed was covered with blood spots and bed bugs 🕷 running all over it. Showered, cleaned my clothes and left. Funny was that a guy who wanted to check in told me he saw many people coming out at night and scratching themselves. Seeing me too with a bug on my shirt he left immediately. Sorry but the hostel could be a really really good one if you clean it and maintain it guys! Also the broken water spender and other items. It’s a pitty. I may sound negative but please take the critic as a motivation to built up your place. It has great potential to be one of the best hostels if you care about it.

Near from airport and kuta beach. The staff is friendly. Suitable for backpacker. Feel like home. Toilet is good. But there is bedbugs in my bed.

Don't let the BEDBUGS bite you :( Unless you enjoy cleaning all your posessions for hours or transmitting pests to all you future hostels, stay away from this place!! As nice as everything else about it is...

Great place, near from kuta beach. But there're some bed bug, that's so annoying

More like bed buggers, bedbugs everywhere..

This place is infested with bedbugs! Very dirty, and poorly run. Staff don't know what they are doing.
