Hotel Cascade

Mein Zimmer war nachts laut, dreckig und voller Insekten und Bettwanzen. Der Chef ist freundlich und die Lage ist gut, aber das Zimmer eine Katastrophe.

BEDBUGS AND TERRIBLY RUDE STAFF! Me and my friend booked a room for two nights in Cascade, but ended up leaving as soon as we woke up the first morning. I woke up covered in bed bug bites! After telling the hotel manager about it, he said that this was normal and that I should not expect anything else for 100Dh per night. After demanding money back he accused me of being a liar and said that this was probably a trick I try to pull off in every hotel I stay in to get money back! He laughed arrogantly and said he would never in a hundred years give us back our money. After we started leaving another man approached, saying that he was the owner and handed us our money secretly. This was the worst experience I had with Moroccan people in a month long travel around Morocco. I highly advise you to find another place to stay, there are many decent budget options available in the same area.
