   I had a really bad experience at Ibiza House Phi Phi Island. Someone stole my drink while I was there, and the staff were completely unhelpful when I reported it. Miss king the main bar manager didnt respond & was rude. No respect for Indian tourist & they do racism for Indian tourist. There was no concern for customer safety or any effort to handle the situation. For a place that promotes partying and fun, basic security and responsibility are missing. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you care about your belongings or having a safe night out.I had a really bad experience at Ibiza House Phi Phi Island.    Terrible hotel. I had a cleaner steal £220 cash out of my bag and the hotel was no help didn’t care all they done was call the police and the police didn’t care either taking the Thais side and just wasting my time they wouldn’t even talk to me or look at me & after spending over £1000 for private rooms they charged us extra for a bed that slides out even though we paid for 5 people anyway. Then when we got to the breakfast in the morning the service was terrible there was no food only decent thing was the coffee machine but that barely worked either. Really really bad experience with this hotel l. I’ve been Thailand 4 times and phi phi 3 and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

   unless you are planning to party every night then don’t stay here. the music goes on until about 4am and is so loud it’s a struggle to sleep. it is very cliquey ‘lads holiday’ type of vibe. it’s a social place but not social to meet people if you’re travelling solo. no one ever locks the rooms so anyone could walk in and out, there’s no lockers to put your things and the beds have no curtains. it’s a very expensive hostel for what it actually is. you have to pay for a towel.

   Disappointing experience, House keeping took towel and asked me to pay the fine. I asked to check the cctv they said it'll take time you'd have to pay. Beware of you're belongings here. I know it's a pesky thing but paying 500 baht for this felt like a scam. Beware!

   Place very unsafe for women, no lockers or curtains available. 6 girls got their bikini stolen which is quite dodgy. The reception said they would check the cameras but never got back to any of us. Go there for a drink but do not sleep there

   Very very basic rooms - no privacy whatsoever, tiny safe (not sure what you could fit in there other than your passport). Beds were rock solid. Music around the hostel is so loud at night, if you aren’t out every night you won’t sleep til 3:30-4am. People come in and out of the rooms all night. No security on the door at all, people from outside were coming in all night. Toilet/shower rooms were vile, condoms all over the floor in one of them, all unclean

   So first thing I’ll say is on my first night I got bit by bed bugs! For a slightly more expensive hostel this is disappointing. The pool is great and has a nice atmosphere in frontthe day time. However, recently my friend had her bag stolen and the camera facing that direction were broken! Don’t expect to get any sleep, no matter where you stay here you’ll be up all night, especially if you are a light sleeper. The location is great, and it’s right on top of the beach. The sea here is also gross

   This hostel is so disappointing. It has the rudest staff we have ever met. We booked together under the same booking and they refused to put us all in the same room even though beds were available. My friend was then left on her own in a room where she was being assaulted and we had to go drag her out. The staff didn’t care at all. She had no where to sleep all night when the guy got to stay there in his bed. They have more concern over money than sexual harassment. Would not recommend even to my worst enemy.

   This is the WORST hotel I have EVER stayed in. The staff are incredibly rude and have horrible attitudes, one of the reception ladies yelled at me. Not sure where to even start because I have so many complaints. Firstly they only provide you with two tiny bottles of water per day. If you request more they wont give you any until the next day. For the price I paid to stay in the villa I would expect them not to be stingy with water. This place also charges you for every single thing. If you want new beach towels, you get charged. They charged us for “missing”spoons from my room even though we didn’t even use the spoons. We had items stolen from our room, and when we complained about this no one cared to do anything. One night when I was ill I called doctors to come to my room, and someone who I assumed worked at the hotel entered my room, and started taking pictures of me and the medical staff inside my room. When I questioned him he just laughed and left. I am absolutely appalled by the service and treatment I have received at Ibiza house. Stay anywhere else on the island except here. You can still go to the pool party without being a guest here.

    Scary! I’ve been given a bed and a safer, I asked to change bed within the dorm and after some drama they final accepted my request, they didn’t ask me to change the safer. Two days after in the evening I find a message on my bed saying that my stuff in the safer have been moved to the actual related safer of my bed…the only problem is that they took my credit cards and put them in the other safer and left it open! My credit cards, driving license and ID! This is crazy!This place is horrible

    Wouldn’t recommend staying here at all. Our 4 bed room felt like a prison with tiny windows and black walls. The only positive was the beds were comfy. There was NO storage space at all. The shower was in with the toilet which I’ve never seen. The AC dripped on my top bunk the whole night which felt like a method of torture (asked for reimbursement and they said ‘sorry’). No towels (wanted us to pay 200 baht). The door didn’t lock so anyone could just walk in. Location is a bit out the way.
