It's not the hotel's fault but depending on flight patterns from Don Mueang Airport you might hear the sound of arriving aircraft. Earplugs certainly help. I saw an occasional small bug on my bed. It wasn't a bedbug but something much smaller. I also saw them on the bathroom floor. Perhaps room-wide sanitizing is in order.

Something to think about is that depending on the landing patterns from Don Mueang Airport you might hear aircraft on their landing approaches. I use earplugs so it didn't bother me. My room (401) needs attention to the following: the topside air intake of the AC blower unit is covered with grime, dust, and possibly mold. Needs cleaning badly. I occasionally saw a few very tiny bugs on my bed and the bathroom floor around the toilet. They were too tiny to be bedbugs. When I saw them I eliminated them. A thorough cleaning of everything in the room would be in order.
