Panama Experience Hostel

Very dirty environment and unkempt space. I had to relocate after first night because of bedbug bites. No efforts from hostel to refund my balance even after making complaints.

Unfortunately I've read about bed bugs before but I gave it a try.. I've checked but as soon I sit on the bed there was one on the courtains.. The owner was in the hostel at that time, he gave me money back, he offered me to pay me another hostel but I was so tired that I just wanted to change room and be sure it was clean. I appreciated it. One day the whole city was with no water and we didn't know. The owner bought drinkable water but I wasn't informed until the evening. The problem where the toilets.. completely clogged all of them the whole day.. imagine... Weird vibe Not enough lockers Ac not always working

I had bed bugs. I was not given the room I picked in the reservation. There was no water in the pool. The fitness equipment was broken an old. There were no seats to sit outside. There was no air conditioning in common areas. There was no key to my room. There was no hot water. You needed to buy soap to was your hands the top sheets were not big enough to cover yourself. The beds were set up on pallets and close to the floor. You could not lean up against the wall the way the beds were made. Breakfast was always late

Café da manhã começava depois do horário indicado, e geralmente tarde (se vc queria ir aos passeios, precisava acordar bem mais cedo para isso, não poderia tomar o café, que começa às 08:30 ou depois). O ar condicionado não é contínuo, tem horário para uso. Em minha última noite encontrei percevejos na cama. A piscina se encontrou em manutenção por todos os dias da minha estadia.

The whole hostel has a huuuuge problem with bed bugs - they are everywhere. The facility were really old and dirty and overall it made a horrible impression

Die Klimaanlage wird ausschließlich von 20-08 Uhr angemacht in der Restzeit muss man sich mit Ventilatoren zufrieden stellen, was an manschen Sommertge nicht wirklich ausreicht. Man hört ständig Geschichten über Bettwanzen Der Pool ist nicht besonders einladend

Breakfast was minimal and I noticed other people got way more than I did. I might be small but doesn't mean I eat little. Asked for a lower bunk due to medical condition prior to arrival and they said sure. But when I arrived, there was no lower bunk available. There wasn't a ladder attached to the upper bunk. Just movable stair that everyone had to share. In the middle of night when I needed a bathroom, I ended up falling from the bed and waking up other people. There were some bugs in the room(not bed bug). They bit me quite a bit and caused bad itches on arms, legs and face.

Many bed bugs and no hot water for showering

It felt like it was more a long term accommodation- I don’t know whether I picked a bad time but it was completely solo men and I felt a little unsafe. I also found two bugs in the bed

1. Found a Bed bug skeleton very closer to the Wall were my bed was and that definitely means there is a situation to be dealt with. Also the Windows "base" seems dirty and needs to be cleaned. (I'm very mad because this place deserves a "solid 10.0" and i cant blame them "totally" for this situation because people from all nationalities come and Go and their level of cleanliness its Unknown to the Hostal. Still been said some clean measures should be worked on like applying "Zipped Protectors" to all beds, etc)

La limpieza del lugar! Había CHINCHES en mi cama!!! Sentí cositas moverse en mi cama y cuando revisé, chinches! Muchas! Tengo videos que ya compartí con lxs del hotel. Se nota también que 1. O ya habían tenido chinches, porque la sabana que cubre la cama tenía muchas manchitas que, parecen ser, de personas que mataron chinches; o 2. No limpian las camas, no cambian las sabanas! Que yo creo que es esa, porque buscando el nido de las chinches me encontré un cepillo de dientes que NO era mío, en una orilla de la cama…

Ya lo dije pésimo un desastre. Deben de ir autoridades y multarlos

We had a private room and the AC didn't work and it was to hot and humid to get sleep, also the room smelt like wet socks. Also we found bed bugs in our room.

Mala atención. No cuentan con personal idoneo.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I found bed bugs.
