1. hotel staff left us outside the door for 7 minutes saying the hotel closed and to sleep on the street as i was going on he “jokingly” hit my back twice as i was coming in, after i escalated matters he said they apologized and said he was joking and did not mean it, we are tourists who do not even understand french. 2. got woken up at 6 in the MORNING by a crazy lady knocking on our door and trying to get in, i open the door for her startled, shes half naked in her underwear almost forcing herself in because she wants to go in and use my bathroom, when i called the reception to check the cameras to see who this person is, they said they needed a manager to check that and just completely ignored me horrible security 3. dentures just casually in the hotel entrance in front of the elevator 4. tint little insects unsure if theyre bed bugs i have videos of them on the bed moving 5. lastly, any decent hotel or booking platform would 100% refund me i had the most horrible traumatic experience of my life we could not even sleep the other nights because of how we were woken up on the first night, no refund no nothing they asked me to right a review, shame on booking.com and the hotel for this horrible service, i have booked my entire europe trip with booking.com almost 6 accomidations other than what i have booked before, a refund is more than fair, i got nothing but leave a review so here is my review that i hope everyone sees, this trip will be the last time me my family members or friends will use this platform to book anything

The local bars were very noisy due to the Rugby, but the hotel couldn't be responsible for that!!

There were bedbugs in the beds, bathroom is disgusting, my friend suffered a severe injuries.
