Seals Harbor Hotel sits right on Weligama beach, close to the surf schools and the two sides of the bay. Sea-view rooms, a rooftop breakfast setup, and direct beach access make it feel built for surf-heavy days. The food is solid and the breakfast gets a special lift from strong coffee. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they can help with practical things like a return transfer. Laundry is available too. The shisha setup is unusually big, with more than 50 flavors. That gives the place a specific late-night pull beyond the beach-and-breakfast routine.
