Hotel Kalyan

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please there are better hotels at this price , this will be a mistake. Firstly it's absolutely not what it looks like in the photo, the rooms are very cramped, rooms are so weird, the bathroom doesn't feel clean plus they don't even provide soapwash, toothbrush or anything, it not feel safe or private. Secondly the guy on the reception is extremely rude as if he is making us stay in this hotel for free. Even the staff are so uncooperative and non welcoming, they just kept arguing with us over small things when we inquired about the details of our booking. Plus I also got bed bug bites, it was really a hell staying there. I could not cancel my booking because they ask for payment the minute you step in their hotel. It's a terrible hotel. Please guy save yourself the trouble.
