   If i could give 0 stars i would. Broken and leaky toilet, a bathroom door that wont shut, exposed wiring, stained sheets and curtains, etc. the staff originally offered a refund if they couldn’t fix the toilet. However, when the toilet was still broken, they suddenly refused to give the refund they promised. They would not give us the number for a manager or owner. When we tried to argue for the refund we were promised (very politely) the employees left the hotel on scooter. The employees were gone for hours. We ended up booking at another hotel next door. The general employees disappeared for hours so no one was working the front desk for the other customers as well. This hotel is definitely a scam! Also- only half the rooms are open or so and the others are all under construction. The pictures on booking.com are definitely either very old or very edited. You can definitely stay somewhere better for the same price or cheaper!

   Avoid This Scam Hotel at All Costs This is not a hotel—it’s a scam run by the employees who have completely taken over the place. When you arrive, they act as if the hotel you booked doesn’t exist and tell you that if you want to stay, you have to pay extra. Everything is cash-only so they can pocket the money. They lie about everything, and they don’t even bother to clean. The rooms are disgusting—cockroaches, broken plumbing, and an air conditioner that doesn’t work. The reception is completely abandoned, except for the 50 empty beer bottles they couldn’t be bothered to clean up. My neighbor got scammed with a taxi fare, and I have no doubt this is just one of the many ways they trick guests. I feel bad for the actual owner because it’s clear they have no idea that their employees have turned this place into a shady, low-quality rip-off. Avoid this place at all costs.

   Don’t stay here !! LOST OUR MONEY - DID NOT GIVE US A REFUND We paid on the day for four nights. There was no power. We asked for a refund for the four nights and they did not give refund. We even asked to pay for just the first night and get a refund for the other nights. We lost money for the four nights and got no money back. They were very rude and not understanding at all.

   Worst booking experience ever! We booked a week here, as it looked perfect on the pictures. But when we arrived, it was nothing like the pictures. Furthermore, no water in the shower or in the water tap. But the worst part was when we wanted to cancel the last 3 days of the booking. We came 2 days in advance, where the staff it was okay, and that we will get the money. However, after waiting day after day, where the staff kept making excuses, we never got the money. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS SCAM PLACE!!!
