*Response You are terrible liars. I contacted you to report the bedbug problem and explained that it was impossible for me to sleep peacefully at your hotel. Because of this, I decided to check out immediately after the second night, instead of staying for the 7 nights I had booked. I asked for a refund for the remaining nights, and you agreed to it (I have written proof of this in a screenshot). You told me that you would take the necessary steps with Agoda. However, after that, you stopped responding to me. I then contacted Agoda, and they told me that you are now refusing to issue any refund. I absolutely did not stay at the hotel after reporting the problem, and I can prove this with photos. I find your handling of this situation completely unacceptable, especially since you initially agreed to the refund in writing and then went back on your word. Terrible Stay – Unsanitary and Misleading This was honestly a horrible experience. As soon as I arrived, I sat on the sofa while waiting for check-in, and I ended up getting bitten all over my body by what turned out to be bed bugs. The worst part is that I didn’t realize what was happening at first. The next day, I mentioned the bites to a roommate, who told me they were probably bed bugs because she had actually seen some in the bedroom. There were also serious hygiene issues. When one roommate checked out, her bed was simply made again using the same sheets. The property was rarely cleaned, and the overall level of cleanliness was genuinely unsanitary. People were also smoking in the living room, which made the common areas unpleasant and uncomfortable. Finally, the photos do not accurately represent the property. The actual place looks quite different from what is shown in the listing. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying here. The hygiene, cleanliness, pest issue, and misleading photos made this a very unpleasant and disappointing stay.
