    After checkout, we were not able to leave our luggages at the hotel. Instead, we were told we could store them at a nearby affiliated hotel. It wasn’t too far, but I had to make 3 trips by myself to move all our things. Worst of all though, unfortunately, all our party of 3 adults and a 2 years old showed bed bugs bites all over our bodies the day after the only one night we spent in Florence. Unacceptable
