OYO Hostel Myeongdong 5

À fuiiiiiiir !!!!! Des cafards dans la chambre à deux reprises et des punaises de lit !!! Les draps ne sont pas changer j’ai donc demander aux femmes de ménages de me les changer elles ont refusé !!!! Et les toilettes HS aussi ils sont venu réparer !! Allez loin très loin d’ici !!! Honnêtement j’ai vu des hôtels 2 étoiles en Afrique beaucoup mieux mais on est censée être à Séoul ici 😂 nan mais sérieux garder votre argent dormir dans une tante à la belle étoile c’est mille fois mieux !!!!

Pire hôtel de ma vie à fuir!!!! Des cafards , des punaises de lit et pas de ménage. 10 jours dans cet hotel et pas une fois les draps on été changés. Lorsqu’on demande aux femmes de ménages d’y faire quelque choses puisqu’il n’y a pas d’aération elles s’énervent en disant que le services n’est pas inclus. Les serviettes ne sont pas changées ( on comprend mieux l’apparition de cafard). Aucune insonorisation, on entend quand les voisins se douchent et parlent. La salle de bain n’a pas d’aération, les toilettes sont HS. Fin bref à fuir, je préfère dormir à la belle étoile.

Fantastic location, as it’s walking distance to the main centre for shopping and general nightlife! It’s very close to the train station too with an underground market which is a huge bonus. It’s very easy to find as they provide very detailed instructions. The downsides to staying here is: 1. You can’t use the lift as there is no lift, it’s only used to bring your suitcase up to the floor you’re staying on. 2. The only towels you get provided is a hand towel to use for your body and hair. If you want a body towel, you’ll need to put down a deposit of 10,000 won. 3. The room we stayed in got very musty (stuffy) every time the A/C is off as you can’t open the windows to get fresh air. It would always smell whenever we come back at the end of the day. 4. I believe we had bed bugs as I woke up on the last day with four bite marks around my legs close to the ankle. Don’t believe it would’ve been a mosquito as no windows were open for the duration of our stay, and my mum said she felt itchy in bed for the first two days. Would I stay here again? It’s debatable as the location is good, it’s safe, great value for money, and there’s a rooftop to enjoy the views. On the hand, stuffy rooms, small towels, and potentially bed bugs.

I found 4 bites on my leg, and after that seen a bed bug in our bed!!!! 2nd night still found bites in my leg and my arm and my son too
